| In this paper focused on the following several aspects:1) the use of common chemical process simulation software, a system based on the Gibbs free energy minimization method to establish the coal slurry gasification gasified model, the relative error of the simulation results are less than5%.2) Analysis of different operating parameters (oxygen-coal ratio, coal water ratio) simulation results of the gasification. Explore the impact of factors that affect the actual gas production operations, in order to timely adjustments to the optimal operating parameters in the coal gasification process.3) To simulate parts of Xinjiang coal gasification reaction and analysis of coal samples gasification results. Explore the impact of the operating parameters of the Xinjiang coal samples that generate the amount of economic target products (methane and water gas) to the biggest, analysis the main component of coal samples in the optimal operating parameters selected. Different in different parts of its operating parameters in the economic target product, coal C, H content of the two elements is the main influencing factors.4) Conduct a preliminary study of crude coal gas methane process simulation, discuss the influence of different ways in the H/C ratio was adjusted to2-3range when crude coal gas methane, and to explore the optimal production rate required to adjust the H/C ratio.5) Analysis of the basis of minimum Gibbs free energy method for the simulation of coal gasification, and the defects of the method, as well as the problem exist a certain deviation of the actual results of a preliminary study. |
