The pumping unit is the main oil equipment of the oilfield,but pumping system exists thefollowing main issues: First, system electrical power generation and system inefficienciesbecause of the beam pumping unit negative torque; utilization of system load and systeminefficiencies is low because of The pumping unit of the existence of alternating and negativetorque; differential impact and working conditions and system load is bad because of beampumping unit alternating and negative torque. At home and abroad has been dedicated to thestudy of energy pumping in recent decades, and has made some achievements, but still did notsolve the fundamental problem of pumping.On the basis of previous results and the pumping crank shaft torque curve as a startingpoint, we do the research of new energy-efficient pumping. First analyzed the problem of theconventional beam pumping unit, which analyzes the relationship between the pumping crankshaft torque curve with pumping energy consumption; and then study the positive torquetheory, analysis the beam positive torque pumping of energy-saving principle of energyconservation, and has done a theoretical analysis of the beam is torque pumping, using thevirtual prototyping technology and the interface between ADAMS and CAD software, themodel is imported into the ADAMS environment, did the simulation of the beam rodpumping units and verificated the theory of positive torque and provide theoretical and theexperimental data. In positive torque the theory ADAMS and CAD dynamic simulation,thespecified torque pumping the beam is firstly carried out the laboratory experiments, therunning parameters of the pumping unit is done, to conduct the field experiment; on the basisoh the indoor experiments of each refinements to the parameters, further to adjust theparameters of the pumping energy-saving is effect. Therefore, make a fuss of the pumpingunit torque curve to can achieve the purpose of energy saving.
