Electric Submersible Pump(E.S.P)is used as a more important oil production in themediate and upper period of Oil Field.The capability of E.S.P Motors directly decides thefunction of E.S.P units.According to the practices and researches,E.S.P Motors used in hightemperature often brought on many technical problems such as being burnt out,its insulationmaterials being aged,its rotor wearing stator,its axletrees being disabled and large electricpower consumption costs of the cable,and those problems make E.S.P Motors can not workeffectively.At the same time the power dissipation of power cable caused by hightemperature will increase the cost of E.S.P Motors.So the detection of E.S.P Motors toguarantee its security is becoming more and more important.In this paper we design the test system of E.S.P Motors,including steel structureplatform,dynamometer cooling system,temperature system,thermocouple temperaturemeasuring system.Test every performance index of E.S.P Motors by the test system that wedesigned,including heat test,short-term overvoltage test,short-term load test,Thedetermination test of maximum torque,the determination of minimum torque experiment inthe start-up process.collect the data through the submersible motor type test data analysissystem, after analyzed the data,Draw fitting curve through polynomial fittingmethod,Lagrange equation and Newton equations fitting way.Through these testing project, may be totally or partly reflects the relevant performancefor motor with these data can be data, judge whether the products for meet the designrequirement, quality quality and improving the goals and direction.
