The heavy oil resources are abundant in the world, but the exploitation is very difficult.Our country’s heavy oil resources are relatively rich of nearly20billion tons. Almost all ofthe development technology of heavy oil is from abroad, mainly include sand coldproduction, steam stimulation, steam flooding, combustion of oil in situ, hot water flooding,chemical methods, open-pit mining of tar sands and so on.Because of the shallow buried of Changchunling oil reservoir, only200~350m, lowformation pressure, low formation temperature and the oil underground is high content ofwax, ordinary I kind of heavy oil. By the influence of post-mortem wax and pectin, theviscosity increases, the liquidity becomes poor, the difficulty of mining increased and thereserves can not be use effectively.Based on the detailed study for reservoir characteristics and crude oil properties ofChangchunling oilfield, through indoor simulation and calculation to expound and carry onthe pilot test of steam stimulation, mixture stimulation and flooding, steam flooding, hotwater flooding and combustion of oil in situ, and solve the problems during the process oftest. On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of the test, selecte suitable miningtechnology and related technology for the reservoirs with different characteristics. Fromcurrent various test results, the fire reservoir technology can solve series problems forChangchunling oilfield, such as low temperature, low pressure and high reservoirwater-sensitivity. It is a effective technology to realize overall development of block.The hotwater flooding can improve formation pressure, temperature, reduce the natural decline rateof oilfield development and improve oilfield recovery of Chang109block. It can be used asthe main development technology for similar reservoirs.The developing of this work provide technical support to the effective use of unusedreservoirs for Changchunling oilfield, and has reference for the develop of similar heavy oilreservoirs of domestic and overseas.
