With a global economic development, machinery industry which in domestic is more and more competition.In order to make the enterprise to be an advantage in the fierce market comptition,the innovation ability of the product must be enhanced,at the same time the product design cycle must be reduced,and the general degree must be improved,and the design cost should be reduced,and the quality must be ensured,and also there must be well after-sales service.The traditional design is a method which is used static analysis, empirical design and hand labour. Obviously,with the rapid development of modern science and technology and the appear of the advanced technical means, the traditional design method has been difficult to meet the requirements in present times.While modular design thought can realize the product batch production and personality product customization at the mass production conditions,and also can adapt to the fierce competition environment in the market.The existing modularization theory has been researched in this paper,a CNC bending mechanical and electrical system which have a low cost and a high precision have been designed which using a modular design thought.This will have a great significance for the development of the high voltage switch electrical industry,and aslo have a very good market prospect.For the prototype with the W30K CNC bending machine which is manufactured by the Kunming Kunkai Specialized CNC Equipment Co. Ltd. In this paper,the overall function of the system has been analysised under the premise of the design scope and goal have been known.Then the bending machine’s control action have been disintegrated using modular thought,and the base type module have also been built.All the modules have been composited at last, and the function requirement of the system have been realized.In this paper,two interface ways are used in the benging machine’s angle control module.One way is that using photoelectric encoder to detection the angle,and another way is that using video technology to detection the angle.The first way is use two high-precision photoelectric encoder which are installed at the benging to detection the angle.This way can control the bending angle reliably and have a higher precision at the same industries which using encode to convey the busbar bending angle to the control system.Another way is use the camera to shoot the busbar benging’s process,adopting image processing to detection the angle.The single-chip is used to control the hydro-cylinder’s forward and backward in the bending machine’s movement.The image measurement is a non-contact measurement way which not only can make the angle detection more easily,but also can relieve the complicacy of the mechanism.The bending system’s control scheme adopt PLC as a primary control component,and using touch panel as a man-machine interface.The touch panel’s macro program function is adopted in the interface design,which making the bend processing data convert processing code and then transmiting to PLC.This way can not only make the maintemance program more convenient,but also lower the PLC’s storage capacity requirements of the system.The CNC bending control system have been designed which using the modular design method successfully in this paper.The experiment results show that using the control system which is designed in this way to bend the busbar.the bend angle’s precision can meet the busbar’s angleing requirements of the high voltage electrical apparatus ark,and it is good for mass customization.
