The continuous separator is using the principle of centrifugal filter solid-liquidseparation equipment, its characteristic is charging, filter, discharging slag automaticand continuous operation, and suitable for easy separating materials dehydration. Thecentrifugal force unloading phosphate-contained residue, no unloader device,centrifuge simple structure, easy to operate, master, so widely used in petroleum,chemical industry, food industry in. As the production and the development oftechnology and toward large-scale and high efficiency separator demands theseparation efficiency enhances unceasingly. The centrifuge spins at work, to ensurethe safety of the centrifuge, must be in the design of the strength and stiffness forreliable calculation. Power is the key components of the separator, the stress anddeformation of the system through analysis and comply with the actual situation ofthe accurate calculation are particularly important. Efficient continuous centrifuges inwork appear easily in vibration and dynamic balance phenomenon, the modal analysisand avoid resonance to optimize dynamic performance is also very important.In this paper, the ZHL1400-600type for the power of the centrifuge efficientstructure of the static and dynamic finite element analysis and optimization. The mainresearch contents have the following:(1) in the Pro/Engineering software, set up ZHL1400-600type for the power ofthe centrifuge efficient structure of geometric model.(2) in ANSYS software, set up effective power structure for centrifuges at thefinite element model and finite element modeling of reasonable process.(3) through the power of the finite element model of the structure of the staticanalysis, mainly studies the bearing power structure and vibration reduction of thestrength and stiffness of the device structure static characteristics, analyzed it indifferent working conditions deformation and stress distribution, through its intensityand stiffness checking, show that the bearing vibration reduction suffered in thedevice, a tight force and partial heart will meet the requirements under the function,the structure of the high reliability.(4) through the structure of the power of the finite element model of the modalanalysis, mainly studies the power structure of the spindle and the bearing blocknatural vibration characteristic, it is concluded that the natural frequency of thespindle and the bearing block, verify the current work speed setting is reasonable,avoid resonance for the destruction of the power system, and based on this, do the harmonic response analysis of the spindle. Finally, based on the results of finiteelement analysis, the dynamic of the continuous centrifuge key components areoptimized.
