| NC honing machines are indispensable equipments in manufacturing industriessuch as cars,aerospace,ships and so on,its processing precision will influence thedevelopment of manufacturing industries.Now,honing machines at home can not meethigh precision,high efficiency and high surface quality,and almost of the high-gradeNC honing machines at domestic market are monpolized by foreign brands.High response,high stability and high robust were set as the research targets inmulti-level feeding system of NC honing machines. On the basis of analysis andsummary the key technology of honing machines at abroad,multi-level feedingpressure adaptive control in high-grade NC honing machines based on fuzzy neuralnetwork controller was studied,in order to improve the slow movement anduncontrolled process of solenoid valve.This article puts stress on the following aspects:According to electromagnetic valve in feeding system reversing slow anduncontrolled and the single feeding pressure, the proportion pressure reducing valvesand proportion reversing valves were calculated and chosen.All the hydrauliccomponents form a special control-valves group.Dynamic characteristics of hydraulic components were studied intensively andmathematical model and transfer function were infered,which provides the theorybasis for the next chapter.In order to realize the difficult problem that feeding adaptive control in honingprocess,the fuzzy neural network controller with BP algorithm was designed, and thesimulation results in MATLAB/Simulink show that stability and responsibility offeeding system are improved,and the processing precision is also improved.Above all, a system of fuzzy neural network controller with BP algorithm wasdeveloped based on VB and MATLAB mixing programm,which can train the fuzzyneural network quickly and export the accurate controlled voltage of proportionalvalve. |
