| At present, the Giant Magnetostrictive Material, as a kind of new functional materials, is been regaded as strategic materials to enhance national innovative-high technology and comprehensive national strength during the21st. Our country have rich rare earth resources in storage.It is reported the rare earth resources of our country account for56%of the total and the mineral variety is complete.However, comparing with the USA and Japan, the rare earth basic theory and the development application research in our country have larger gap with the two country as result of many factors limit.The research of the Micro-displacement output based on the Giant Magnetostrictive Material is a basic use study of rare earth materials used in industry in our country. The GMA produced with The GMM has great strain, high precision, strong, fast response, high reliability and so on, these advantages make GMA quickly become a research focus in the field of micro drive. At present, The GMA have already used in the field such as Precision fluid transportation and control, precision processing, precision crawling mechanism, sonar, vibration suppression etc. The research of GMA has a positive facilitation to the development of rare earth industry in our country, and this research nowadays also becomes hot topics of application of rare earth source nationally and internationally.Although the research of GMA has made great progress at present, However, its application are still at the experimental stage and there are still many shortcomings, especially the output displacement of GMA has strong nonlinear, the nonlinear error is up to20%and even worse caused by the hysteresis. The non-linear characteristics of the GMA restricted its popularity of use and industrialization seriously. In order to restrain the non-linear characteristics of the GMA, the paper study the linear GMA based on axial nhomogeneous magnetic field and do the theory and the experimental research aim at its key technologies problem form the non-linear characteristics of the GMA.Using the some of related technologies about the micro-actuator as background, this paper discussed the development process of micro-actuator and the research status of GMA.meanwhile,this paper also discussed the related technologies about the Nonlinear Characteristics of GMA, including the basic features of GMM, the magnetostrictive principles of the giant magnetostrictive materials, the physical effect and the related application of its physical effect.Based on the related working characteristics of GMA,this paper manufactured the linear GMA,mainly including the selection of GMM rod,the design of non-uniform coil,the structure of magnetic circuit, the preloding institutions,the temperature control structure etc.combing with finite element analysis software Comsol,2D axisymmetric model of the linear GMA is established.then,using Comsol analysied the magnetic field distribution in the GMA,and researched the relationship between the axial distribution of driving magnetic field and material shell,output shaft,end cover,and non-uniform coil.in the end,combing with above analysis, the mechanical structure of linear GMA is optimized.Aiming at the linear GMA, the study adopt the active method of suppression to change the shape of Electromagnetic coils, use static magnetic field modules of commsol finite element analysis software to analyze the magnetic field distribution of GMA under different coil shape and combine with natural characteristics of GMM curve to analyze the influence of the GMA output characteristics by GMM axial magnetic field distribution. The paper design GMA control system to make the control accuracy of GMA input current reached the requirements of experiments. Meanwhile, the paper study the output performance by carrying out experiments of linear GMA test with different coil shape.Combining with the calulated GMA output displacement,using the prediction methods of BP Neural network, the unknown shap of driving coil corresponding to the GMA output characteristics is predicted.in addition, initial exploration of the relationship between the shap of driving coil and GMA output displacement.in the end,this paper completed the designing of linear GMA. |
