The continuous extrusion technology comes from England. The scientists from United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority applied for a patent for the first time in1970s. Now it has developed into a green, high-efficiency, and energy-saving nonferrous metal plastic forming technology. Compared to traditional extrusion process, it not only realizes continuous production, but also decrease the production cost. Thus, it gains favorable comments in the actual production from the metal processing enterprises.The topic research the theoretical analysis and practical production, analyses and explores the continuous extrusion technique, adjusts process parameters and put forwards improvement plan according to the deficiency in the processing; design continuous extrusion manufacturing methods and technological parameter that suitable for enterprise development based on the repeated research on market demand and mould service status.The aluminum continuous extrusion process is complicated that large degree plastic and shears deformation occur to the planchets. The deformation process is influenced by planchet temperature rising spead, friction condition, deformation temperature, modeoftexturing, loading condition, compaction wheel, and anstelldruck. The improper selection of processing parameters or continuous extrusion mould could easily cause planchat instability and the defects of the products. Mould also can be easily damaged.The article analyzes and calculates the parameters of theoretical calculation aluminum extrusion expansion deformation force and energy, and find out the relationships among extrusion force, energy consumption, temperature, anstelldruck, planchet instability and cavity structure parameters; proves the possibility of theoretical analysis through comparative analysis on the practical capability and theoretical calculation of aluminum LLJ300continuous extruding machine; develops porous aluminum flat tube continuous extrusion mould, the best processing methods and electrical parameters through analysis and discuss of factors that affect mould’s failure in the process of continuous extrusion.
