Minhou county of Fuzhou suburban siting the southeast coastal Fujian province where ecology develops fast were took for an example.Under Fuzhou urban rapid development background,taking farmland ecological service function value estimation of Minhou county in the Fuzhou suburbs as the theme,the impact factors of the implementation process of the ecological service value estimation was studied detaily, the ecological value estimation fixed mode was put forward,and the farmland ecological service value of Minhou between2000and2009was calculated quantitatively.Based on the ecological service value,the ecological service value loss was estimated reasonably aiming at the present situation that the expansion of the city took up suburban farmland.At the same time,structure scheme and control measures of the outskirtsthe farmland land use optimization of the ecosystem services value maximizetion aiming at the current situation of farmland use was put forward.Under the traditional mode,the farmland ecological service value of Fuzhou suburban (Minhou) between2000and2009reduced130million yuan,the ratio of the indirect farmland value and the direct farmland value is1.20-1.81,There was only five of15townships whose farmland ecological value increased positively,the decrease of farmland area and agricultural products is the dominant reason of the change of the farmland ecological value.Under the fixed mode, the farmland ecological service value of Fuzhou suburban between2000and2009reduced46.336million yuan,the ratio of the indirect farmland value and the direct farmland value is2.84-3.11,There was nine of15townships whose farmland ecological value increased positively,the increase or decrease farmland ecological value was not only influenced by farmland area and agricultural output,but also was synthesis influenced by the social development and the ecological location factor.Each rural ecological service function value under fixed mode are higher than that under the traditional model,the farmland ecological value of townships along rivers developing faster was larger growth,and farmland ecological value of the western remote rural before and after the correction was less growth.The Jingxi,Shangjie,Qingkou and all the seven towns which were classed to Fuzhou city center was took as the research objects,and don’t consider rising prices factors,if all the farmland of JingXi town,Nantong town was changed into struction land50years later,the net loss of ecological service value respectively was more than14billion yuan,the total loss of the farmland ecological service value of seven towns amounted to53.794billion yuan; the Minhou suburban farmland in2009was took as an example,carrying optimization combination of the land use structure with the Weaver-Thomas combinatorial coefficient method,calculating the total of the highest ecological services was880million yuan,which was100million yuan more than the actual total value.Based on this,the suggestion that optimization farmland land use structure adjustment in the study area is put forward.
