Massive mounts of oil sludge and other wastes were causually pured into the environment,with this harmful method in dealing oil sludge both the biological and our living environment are doom to be suffured.Figuring out a scientificly safe way in dealing oil sludge attracts public attention.Microwave as an environmental,clearn and cheap way gradually become the most futureable frontier method in disposing oil sludge.This paper was based on the mechanism analysis of microwave processing oil sludge.The experimental parts of this paper includes analysing oil sludge sample and product,optimizing microwave parameters(exposing time,power), caloric analysis of residue.With these experiments we can draw conclusions on the practicability in using microwave dispose oil sludge, the regularity between solidified fraction and microwave parametres, the regularity between product composition and microwave parametres,the economic feasibility and practicability of residue;In theroetical parts we found out the regularity of local overheating and build up mathematical model on it.Finally,we recognize we can use this method to predict the tempreture distribution in reaction bottle. In the end, we figutured out the mechanism of microwave processing oil sludge in both thermal and non-thermal effects.The conclusions we have can be summrize in points below:1)The microwave can decompose oil sludge into three parts,liquid,solid and gas,each of them is not only useful but economically practicable;2)Microwave can create higher tempreture and heat faster than traditional way;3)The residue still useful in its thermal value;4)The best time and power in dealing this oil sludge;5)The selected heating is due to different inductive capacity;6)Thourgh mathmatic model we can estimate the tempreture in the reaction bottle.Those research greatly contribute to the R&D of microwave reactor and its field application.
