The development of water treatment chemical has become an important branch ofchemical products in the field of new materials in recent years, water treatment chemical hasalso become an important research direction of the environment, chemistry, chemical engi-neering disciplines. The main component of the inorganic polymer flocculant which rich infly ash can be used as material for preparation of Preparation of Silicate Aluminum and FerricChloride.Purification of water supply and drainage needs to consume a large number of floc-culant, as a raw material, coal flyash can prepare a cheap and efficient inorganic flocculantproduct, with good useful prospects.Fly ash as raw material to prepare Polymetal of Silicate Aluminum and Ferric Chloride,PSiFAC, flocculant, and the preparation conditions, the stability and coagulation effect, andtry its preparation process has been improved. particular contents are as follows:Coal Fly ash material solution treated with alkali digestion contain sodium silicate andthe acid-soluble liquid containing ferric chloride, aluminum chloride; By experiments to de-termine the best dissolution plan as follows: the hydrochloric acid concentration is about15per cent, the reaction temperature of70-80℃; Silicic acid concentration of0.4mol/L silicicacid of the activation time of10-30min, the reaction temperature is60℃; The process ofpreparation of Polymetal of Silicate Aluminum and Ferric Chloride (PSiFAC).
