| Industrially producted Hypsizygus marmoreus is used to determine the opitamal storage temperature, oxygen concentration and application of nano-packaging material for storage by measuring nutritional components, physiological and biochemical indexes related to tissue senescence, in order to explore appropriate storage condition and practical storage technique. The research shows the results as follows:1. Low (1±0.5℃) and room temperature (15±5℃) is used to store Hypsizygus marmoreus to investigate the effectiveness on freshness keeping of Hypsizygus marmoreus. The results show that the weight loss of Hypsizygus marmoreus storied at1℃can be controlled below1.5%after12days, and the respiratory rate is significantly delayed (about6days later) and lowered than that at room temperature (15±5℃). The conductivity, O2·-content, reducing sugar and MDA content of Hypsizygus marmoreus storied at1℃are lower than that at room temperatur. The activities of SOD and CAT are larger, PPO activity is lower. All these indicate that the senescence of Hypsizygus marmoreus is delayed, and the storage life at1℃acould be up to6~9days.2. The Hypsizygus marmoreus is packaged in LDPE bags contained oxygens of21%(CK),1%,3%and5%O2(balanced with N2), respectively, and then stored at1±0.5℃to investigate the changes of quality and physiological characteristics. The results indicated that1%O2storage significantly reduces weight loss, only1.55%after12days of storage compared to4.51%in control. The first time seeing aerial hypha is on12days, which delayed6days compared with the control. Respiratory rate was significantly inhibited by1%O2, and obviously respioration increase is also delayed for6days.1%O2storage inhibits accumulation of O2·-and MDA and increase of reducing sugar content, maintains relatively high CAT activity and low POD activity, and stablizes the change of relative conductivity. The storage life could be extended to up to12days.3. The effectiveness of nano-material packaging, LDPE bags containing1%O2and nano-material packaging contain1%O2on storage Hypsizygus marmoreus at1±0.5℃is compared to understand the quality and physiological characteristics. The results indicated that nano-packaging combined with1%O2retards6days for the apparence of aerial hyphae on Hypsizygus marmoreus compared with CAP, maintains relatively low respiratory rate and weight loss, which is less than1.2%after15days of storage. Reducing sugar content increases the least (only2.09times of the initial value) and CAT activity is constantly highest (37.3%remained at the end of storage, while no CAT activity is detectable in CAP and NP) among all tested samples. PPO activity was relatively low throughout storage time. These results indicated that nano-packaging combined with1%O2can maintain the quality of Hypsizygus marmoreus for up15days at1±0.5℃. |
