Urban sewage treatment plant produces large amount and complex component ofwaste sludge.The content of water in the sludge can account for ranging from95to99percent,therefore the enhancement of dewaterability blcomes an important topic.At present,the waste sludge is almost disposeed by flocculation and sedimentation,butthat need large dosage of flocculant and high cost of flocculant.In this experiment,wecombined microwave technology with flocculation technology to deal with wastesludge,reduced the dosage and cost of flocculant, the experiment obtained the idealintention.Sludge dewaterability is estimated from specific resistance to filtration in thispaper. Experimental study on improvement of dewatering performance of sewagetreatment plant of Ning Xiang’sludge is In three stages, The first stage,Theexperiment investigated the effect of PAC、cationic PAM、anionicPAM、amphotericPAM alone on waste sludge;The second stage, cationic PAM and PAC united forwaste sludge; In third stage,we combined microwave technology with flocculationtechnology to deal with waste sludge.The experiment result is as follows:(1)The sludge dehydrated performance has the improvement through Variouscoagulant,The effect of the organic high polymer coagulant processing sludgesurpasses the inorganic high polymer coagulant.The positive ion cationic PAMprocessing sludge is best,the optimum dosing is60mg/L,the smallest resistancenimber is1.7131×108s2/g.(2)Cationic PAM and PAC united for sludge on conditioning,their best dosageseparately is the50mg/L and2.5g/L,the concentration separately is4%and0.1%,thesmallest resistance number is1.47×108s2/g.the best adition sequence that is PAC firstand cationic PAM after.(3)The coagulant is in the best dosage,the sludge resistance number is smallest,the other dehydration performance index basic also achieves best.(4)When used combinatorial technique of microwave and flocculation,first, wevoted the sludge treatment by640W microwave for30S,then, Cationic PAM and PACunited for sludge on conditioning,their dosage separately is the40mg/L and2.5g/L,the resistance number is1.18×108s2/g.(5)In the processing cost,the combinatorial technique of microwave andflocculation is lower than Cationic PAM and PAC united for sludge,the processingeffect is best. the combinatorial technique of microwave and flocculation is more economical technology choice in the Sewage treatment plant.(6)When treated waste sludge with combinatorial technique of microwave andflocculation,the thermal effect and high electric magnetic effect and flocculation ofelectrical neutralization and meshing secondary...
