Ecological city is a compound ecological system, which combines with social,economic, cultural and natural harmony; it is an ideal living form that the socialharmony, the economic efficiency and the ecological in virtuous circle, and it is also anew model for modern city which want to has a sustainable development. Therefore,at present, ecological city construction is the main direction of China.Urban construction land ecological suitability assessment is an importantprerequisite for ecological city construction. But the ecological suitability assessmentmethods we used nowadays are still exist many problems like evaluation data sourcesare disunity, evaluation model is uneven, and evaluation methods have strongsubjectivity. This article use the town land construction ecological suitabilityassessment as the main line, set Junshan district of Yueyang as the research object,based on the analyses and summarizes of domestic and foreign land ecologicalsuitability evaluation research progress, and then adopt the GIS technology, ANP andweight sensitivity analysis method for selection factors scientifically, and do a deepresearch for evaluate factors weight determining and evaluation methods’ sensitivityanalysis, and the related research conclusions are as follows:(1) Research for selection factors. This paper reference to the domestic andforeign land ecological suitability assessment standards, combining with natureenvironment of Junshan area, to make sure the ecological suitability assessment andevaluation factors of JunShan urban construction, which including natural ecologicalcondition and social economic conditions. And natural ecological conditions includethe sources of pollution, land use status, waters and vegetations, social and economicconditions include the distance from the built-up areas, road network density,population density and GDP per capita.(2) Research for evaluate factors weight determining. This article draws ANPinto the land evaluation as a supplement of the traditional AHP. Then this studyapplied in the ANP to do a feasibility analysis, and construct the ANP networkstructure, after that use Super Decisions get all the eligible factor weights. Amongthem, the land use status get the largest weights (0.2585), followed by sources ofpollution (0.1823). Both have a very important influence on the ecology of the monarch mountain of urban construction land suitability evaluation.(3) Sensitivity analysis for evaluation methods. This study draws the weightsensitivity analysis method into the land evaluation to test the influence of weightchange. With deeply study, it found that the land use status, the pollution sources andthe distance of finished from are the sensitive indexes effect the evaluation result.Among them with weight change of the current land use status index in+20%,+10%,0%,10%,20%, the evaluation result indicates that the current land use form is one ofthe factors impedes the urban construction land expansion, and change thedevelopment mode of land extensive use, adjusting structure, integrating resourceswill be beneficial to the development of land construction... |
