This paper is the design of technological transformation project of Panzhihua Steel Vanadium sintering system of flue gas desulfurization process. Process is used the ionic liquid cireculating absorption technology. Low temperatures, the ionic liquid absorption of SO2in the flue gas, under high temperature conditions, SO2desorption from the ionic liquid, by use of ionic liquid chemical absorption features. we can get high-purity sulfur dioxide gas, purity of which is more than99%.The desulfurization efficiency of the design value is up to97%, after treatment, the content of SO2in the exhaust gas is less than200mg/Nm-3,that reach the emissions requirements of Atmospheric Pollutants Emission Standards of GB16297-1996.The design of flue gas handling capacity is850000Nm3/h. If the project is running7200h/a, the emissions of sulfur dioxide will reduce35442t/a in the most, while increasing sulfuric acid production55378t/a (98%sulfuric acid), after the completion of the project, While emissions of sulfur dioxide to sulfuric acid production to achieve the unity of economic and environmental benefits. It was both to reduce emissions of SO2and increase production of sulfuric acid, while protecting the environment and increase economic benefits.At the same time, I have used the Aspen Plus software to simulate the ionic liquid cireculating absorption technology, So that we could get the useful information for actual production, moreover we could gain the objective of raising yield, decreasing energy consumption, stabilizing production and achieving more economic benefits.Main studies and achievements in this paper are as follows:1、 The ionic liquid cireculating absorption technology simulation model which was established with Aspen Plus software can reflect the actual situation for ionic liquid cireculating absorption technology.2、 Based on the two above-mentioned simulation model, the influences of some major operating parameters such as liquid feed temperature, the liquid-gas ratio flue gas flow, flow rate of flue gas in the tower on desulfurization process, have also been analyzed, the result can well reflect the actual situation of methanol synthesis mechanism, which can be summarized as follows:Within certain range the higher pressure and higher recycle ratio, the lower liquid feed temperature and flue gas flow are favorable to improve desulfurization efficiency.
