Vibration feeder is an important part of pellets oxidation reduction vibration distributing system, aim to convey and distribute the pellets in rotary hearth furnace uniformly. The structure and working parameters have great influence on the uniform distribution. At present, domestic vibration feeder mainly has the following defects:the large impact during operation, difficult controlling of the feeding process, no satisfactory distribution results and so on. In order to solve the problems, this thesis focuses on innerent characteristics and the best working parameter coordination.(1) The author firstly analyses the working mechanism of the vibration distribution equipment. Based on the relationship and operation parameters, designing engineering test system solutions for analysis of vibration on distribution characterization. And then with reference to industrial vibration structure of the equipment, in accordance with the similar structure and similar vibration state, design for vibration feeder to achieve the equal thickness distribution.(2) Establish vibration feeder dynamics analysis of ANSYS finite element model, calculate vibration feeder the first10natural frequencies by modal analysis, and explore the stable operating characteristics under rated speed. Calculate vibration feeder displacement response from start-up to rated speed stress and deformation by harmonic response, the result show that displacement response peak20mm, stress, deformation is le than the allowed value. The calculation result suggest that the correctness of the structure of the vibration feeder.(3) Relations on the basis of the analysis of distribution system and distribution thickness, establish vibration feeder vibration feeder and the kinematics model of the pellets, using MATLAB numerical computing software programming calculate the best combination of parameters for different distribution thickness.(4) At a predetermined distribution thickness of goal, according to the above analysis parameters combination for the equipment operation parameters adjustment and testing, get a variety of distribution thickness (such as30mm,40mm) distribution effect under the best operation parameters and deviation the best parameters. Engineering test results show that:for a given thickness, the best distribution effect within the rotary hearth furnace chamber is the best operation parameters of the theoretical analysis. Realize the predetermined distribution thickness and the equal thickness along the radial, circumferential distribution thickness. At the same time, when the motor frequency was given, amplitude and vibration direction angle is basically the same with theoretical calculation values. Therefore, the comprehensive tests show that the best parameters combination solving theory is correct.The results of this paper has great theoretical guidance significance for the designing and researching of pellets oxidation reduction vibration distributing system, the related date can provide references for the industrialized production of the pellets oxidation reduction vibration distributing system.
