| The modeling of multi-body dynamics and virtual prototyping is a important means of studying the static and dynamic properties and structural optimization designs of heavy forging press, which plays a very important role in improving the level of press design and equipment. By using80,000tons large hydraulic forging press as the research object,combined with nation significant special project and National Natural Science Foundation project, methods of the multi-body dynamics virtual prototyping modeling of forging press are discussed and investigated, solutions of the program are proposed and verified, simulation analysis are accomplished based on the ADAMS software platform.The principal research works of this paper are given as below,Firstly, comparing with the existing methods and combining with the multi-body system dynamics theory and the structure of800MN forging press, modeling of the multi-body dynamics are established by adopting the mixed method. The multiple rigid body dynamics model are established on basis of the SolidWorks, Patran, Nastran and Adams platform.Secondly, combing with the structure and modeling methods of the800MN forging press, problems of redundant constraints, load, pre-stress structure and model importing are proposed and analyzed in the process of rigid-flexible mixed dynamics modeling, and the solution program is proposed and the feasibility and validity of the solution are verified which can provide reference for the similar giant complex system dynamics modeling. Such as the pre-stress is loaded through temperature field conditions using modal analysis method, and redundant constraints can be analyzed based on constrained Euler-Lagrange equation.Thirdly, in view of the phenomenon of partial load on the800MN forging press in the process of forging, simulation and analysis of dynamic characteristics of the800MN forging are studied. Regulations of the guide rod, and the movable beam collision force binding pose variation are revealed. The simulation and test experiment prove the balance cylinder can overcome the bad effects of eccentric load in a deep degree in the process of forging. |
