Supercritical fluid (SCF) technology remains in a period of development, and many technologies are still needs to be supported by a lot of test. Experiment devices are ruquired, which can meet the test requirements in SCF. At present, the devices used in the experiment study of supercritical fluid extraction, superfine particles preparation, supercritical chemical reaction, supercritical dyeing, supercritical sterilization, supercritical cleaning and supercritical polymer foaming can only provide single process, and many process units in SCF have same or similar functions. So the equipments have not to be used repeatedly and the cost is too high. In order to solve these problems, modular design technology is introduced into the design of SCF equipments devices in this dissertation to build multi-process experiment platform, act a variety of functions of equipments together, realize the goal of multi-process in SCF, improve the applicability of equipment,and beneficial to the study of supercritical technology. They are studied and explored deeply in order to provide a help for the rapid design of multi-process experiment platform in SCF and promote the development of SCF technology and industrialization process.The preparatory work of modular design of multi-process equipment platform in SCF is finished. Processes involved in the field of SCF are summarized, and typical processes are analyzed. Various process units are grouped based on the analysis of the function of unit in a variety of processes in SCF, which will lay the foundation for the modular design of process in SCF.The whole process of modular design for multi-process in SCF is holistically planned, and two stages are included:the establishment of modular system and the design of equipment based on the modular system. The modular method of multi-process experiment platform in SCF has been given and design rules have been selected. Modules can be divided into general module and special module according to the function characteristics of each module. Module, the types specifications of its internal elements medium state of import or export in modules are determined, and each module is encoded. The associated factors of between modules such as pressure, temperature, flow of various process units are counted and analyzed, with their scopes listed.In order to facilitate the combination of modules of multi-process experiment platform in SCF, the combination principle of modules is given and interfaces connect different modules are standardly designed. Different process flows are combined based on the combination principle of multi-process in SCF modular system and the established module. Several typical technologies in SCF are realized by multi-process experiment platform, and the feasibility of the modular design used in SCF is verified.
