Initially,the content of this research report is comprehensively expounded and the report is writen according to therequest of Henan HongZhan food Co.LTD. We disscuss the current situation of the development and trendsof the manufacture industry in China, the whole noodle industry will continue to integrate and the room forbrand competion is large. The project is very prospective and market research has been carried out on manydried noodle factories. The scope of this research project is the whole production and management processfrom raw materials to the output of dried noodles, including market forecast and the scale of development,construction conditions and site choice, engineering technical scheme, environmental protection, laborsafety and fire protection, enterprise organizations and labor force quota, project implementation schedule,capital estimating and financing and financial evaluation and economic benefits, etc. This report mainlyexamines the following points:(1) This paper carries out project investment analysis containing competitive edge and competitivedisadvantages.(2) The natural conditions of construction site, social and economic conditions, andtransportation and communication are evaluated.(3) Plant engineering technology solutions are studied,production technology solutions is determined and the energy consumption of the drying house is estimatedas well. This workshop is designed to three layers and four layers locally, and adopts advanced packagingequipment, such as dried noodles automatic measurement output devices which helps to increaseproductivity and reduce personnel costs. The workshop layout becomes more reasonable more scientific bymeeting the line operation requirement.(4) The paper theoretically estimates coal consumption bycalculating the heat consumption of drying house.(5) The environmental requirements are in strictaccordance with the national laws and regulations, in order to protect the environmental reduce potentialsafety problems.(6) The break-even point for this project is44.04%according to a finance analysis, whichindicates the project will break even only if it reaches44.04%of its capacity and the project is veryadaptive to the market.(7) The project is feasible, strategical and beneficial based on the careful evaluationof the market, products, technology, management, and project construction, etc. |
