Yellow serofluid as the waste in the fermentation of Luzhou-flavor liquor,theorganic matter has a high tar content and COD, BOD values of the effluent100,000mg/L or more. Currently,many enterprise just drop it which not to process,notonly wasting greatly resources, but also bringing about certain degree pollution tothe environment.If waste resource can be utilized synthetically.This topic usingyellow serofluid as raw material. Liquor and yeast was added into yellow serofluidfor the research of esterifying liquid and suitable condition to increase the content ofester. The liquid applied in the blending of white spirits can be distilled fromesterifying liquid.The remains of esterifying liquid can be used to cultivateAspergillus Niger. Nutrient fluid of Aspergillus niger can be mixed Chineseliquor,which could improve liquor quality and reduce greatly production cost.Experiments were carried out the optimal conditions were:yeast3g/100ml,liquor10ml/100ml and temperature35℃, reaction time35d.We conduct a pilot planttest,which esterifying liquid was distilled then get a liquor of66v/v%.The Physicaland Chemical character of this flavor liquor was detemined and tasted. Analysis ofesters by GC, the content of acetic ether got to3.9275g/L, ethyl butyrate and ethylcaproate got to0.7713g/L, ethyl lactate got to3.7633g/L.The remains of esterifyingliquid used to be cultivated Aspergillus Niger. The optimal conditions were: dilutionratio1:5.5,pH4.6, inoculum density1108.Under the optimum conditions, thediastatic enzyme activity arrived at2878.73U/g, the overall COD decreased12800.The activity of the glucoamylase was more107.46%than flasks. Aspergillus Nigerused in mixing materials of liquor and we can really determined that output ratio ofliquor increased by adding aspergillus medium.Replace the Aspergillus Niger culturesolution with the diastatic enzyme and when add amount was100ml, output ratio ofliquor was34.08%. When Aspergillus Niger and the diastatic enzyme mixed together,output ratio of liquor was35.14%.This topic used yellow serofluid for the research of esterifying experiment,increased the calcium content and get the liquid applied in the blending of whitespirits. The remains of esterifying liquid can be used to cultivate Aspergillus Nigerand improved output ratio of liquor.This entire process yellow serofluid used. Thisapplications significantly reduces the cost of enterprise and protect the environment.This study provides theory basis for yellow serofluid comprehensive utilization in the future.
