At present, transition-metal-organic hybrid materials has gradually become the people research hot spot, transition-metal-organic hybrid materials is a kind of through one or two double teeth or more tooth organic ligand supports connection as metal ions/metal cluster nodes have kind of molecular sieve as a duct or has the structure of the material into. Organic ligands to choose our basic organic compounds with aromatic ring or contain nitrogen organic compounds.The solution method and the hydrothermal method can accomplish the metal-organic hybrid materials. In this work, the corresponding synthetic route and reaction conditions, such as the reaction molar ratio, pH, and the reaction temperature are studied. So, five novel transition-metal-organic hybrid materials are obtained.1. Use of FDA as ligands were successfully synthesized two that have the same chain structure (Zn·FDA·2CH3OH)·H2O and (Cu·FDA)·3H2O and (Zn·FDA)·3H2O.(Zn·FDA·2CH3OH)·H2O crystal in the monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c with data of unit cell:a=10.077(2) A, b=8.1235(16) A, c=17.101(3) A, a=90°, β=124.86(3)°, γ=90°, V=1148.8(4) A, Z=4, Dc=1.744g/cm3, μ=2.166mm-1, R1=0.0616. Each Zn atom is six coordination, and the FDA is double monodentate, every atom is through covalent bond between the connected to form the chain structure.(Cu-FDA)3H2O crystal in the monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, with data of unit cell:a=7.0559(14) A, b=15.040(3) A, c=8.1578(16) A, α=90°,β=93.92°, γ=90°, V=863.7(30), Z=4, Dc=2.089g/cm3, μ=2.554mm-1, R1=0.0314. Each Cu atoms are seven coordination, and the FDA is two monodentate, every atom through covalent bond between connected so as to form the chain structure.(Zn·FDA)·3H2O crystal in orthorhombic Pnma space group with data of unit cell:a=7.3677(15) A, b=801353(16) A, c=15.107(3) A, V=905.49(30) A3, Z=4, Dc=2.006g/cm3, μ=1.582mm-1, R1=0.086. Zn atom is six coordination, and the FDA is two monodentate, every atom through covalent bond between connected so as to form the chain structure.2. Use of FDA and bipy two ligands synthesis out [Zn·(FDA)·bipy]·2H2O3D thrust deep into the structure.[Zn·(FDA)·bipy]·2H2O crystal in orthorhombic Pcc2space group with data of unit cell:a=18.298(4) A, b=11.405(2) A, c=15.185(3) A, α=90°, β=90°, γ=90°, V=3168.9(1) A, Z=4, Dc=1.595g/cm3, μ=1.582mm-1, R1=0.0927. Each Zn atoms are five coordination, and the FDA is monodentate, and bipy is monodentate.3. Use of FDA and bpp as the synthesis ligand [Zn3·(FDA)3·bpp·H2O]·2H2O3D big pore structure,[Zn3·(FDA)3·bpp·H2O]·2H2O crystal in the three monoclinic p-1space group with data of unit cell:a=11.727A, b=13.451A, c=15.565A, a=113.39°, β=98.71°, γ=102.97°, V=2115.0(7) A, Z=26, Dc=1.507g/cm3, μ=1.761mm-1, R1=0.0689. Zn atoms have three coordination type (Zn1, Zn2, Zn3), Znl atoms are five coordination, and the bpp is monodentate, and the FDA have two kinds of coordination connection(1) Zn1atoms with the FDA’s two oxygen atoms is double monodentate connection(2) Znl atoms with the FDA’s one atom of oxygen is monodentate. Zn2atom is six coordination, and Zn1atoms share of the FDA’s one atom of oxygen, and then and the oxygen atoms is monodentate, and Zn3atoms share of the FDA’s one atom of oxygen, and then and the oxygen atoms is monodentate, Zn2atomic the rest of the four coordination respectively with the FDA’s one atom of oxygen is monodentate. Zn3atom is six coordination, and the BPP is monodentate, and free oxygen monodentate, and Zn2atoms share of the FDA’s one atom of oxygen, and then and the oxygen atoms is monodentate, and the FDA have two kinds of coordination connection(1) Zn3atoms with the FDA’s two oxygen atoms is double monodentate connection (2) Zn3atoms with the FDA’s one atom of oxygen is monodentate.
