Oiling agent for polyacylonitrile(PAN)-based precursor carbon fiber is a particular kind of oiling agent for acrylic fiber. It is a kind of auxiliary that is applied in carbon fiber production and processing process, basically adjusting the friction characteristics of carbon fiber precursor, preventing or eliminating static accumulation, endowing PAN-based carbon fiber precursor stronger properties in smooth, softness, inclusive of fiber to ensure PAN-based precursor carbon fiber more effective processing completed. When larges of investigates on structures and functions of the formingpolymer were increacingly reported,and,with the rapid development of process technology,it therefore become more and more important that oiling agent for carbon fiber precuror is deeply improved or studied. it is inevitable result of oiling agent on carbon fiber which be faced new opportunities and challenges.To accelerate late-model research and development rate and To better control and understand abroad advanced science and technology, we can analyse various oiling agents and Establish a variety of oiling agents datas to gain better our country intellectual property rights project.The subject of this paper is supported by JiLin QiFeng chemical fiber, but the major task as technology research and development content was confirmed by research group. This experiment primarily makes sure which surfactants are contained in the oiling agent by some ways such as color change of dyes, solvent extraction, precipitate or dirty, that Oiling agent for polyacylonitrile(PAN)-based precursor carbon fiber from abroad is separated by combining. The chromatographic column chromatography and distillation,then traching separated produce by infrared chromatographic. finally gain better pure produce analysed through nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) chromatography and mass spectrometry to make sure its chemical composition and molecular structure. It is preliminary quantitative analysis with the weight method for oiling agent’s constitute to make multicomponent complex formulation.According to design scheme to study and analysis experiment, data results were obtained from various instrument analysis and ravimetric method. Monomer oleums from domestic manufacturer were analysed to ensure their different performances,and then to compare for imported oleums. Finaly, multiformulate with many other suitable oleums picked up various domestic oleums. And with factory tried and improved, finaly will have Oiling agent for polyacylonitrile(PAN)-based precursor carbon fiber which belong to our own.
