Assembly Sequence Planning (ASP) is an important step of product designcycle.Rational assembly sequence can not only reduce product development time and saveenterprise resources,but also promote product performance and stability.Then,it is significantto study ASP.After thoroughly analyzing advantages and disadvantages of current ASP, this articledraws linguistry into ASP. Applying rationally abudant engineering design information,whichis included in product design process, can not only exclude those sequences generated withoutconsidering engineering feasibility,but also decrease sequences solving space when partnumber rapidly rises.This article solves assembly sequence accoring to disassembly method.Main study content is as follows:(1) This article proposes classification rule of semantic engineering information based ondisassembly method and constructs multi-level semantic model.Semantic engineering isclassified into property semantic, geometry semantic, topology semantic and structuresemantic according to feature. After judging the relationship of semantic parameter which isinput into computer by semantic instance, the system constraints compulsorily precedencedisassembly rule between two parts and exclude unreasonable sequence set accordingengineering feasibility.(2) Adopt top-down technology to construct disassembly model which is classified intosemantic engineering model and triangular facet model for display. Utilize CAD secondarydevelopment technology to realize extraction of semantic engineering model,which is thensaved as database and document.(3) Study interactive control technology of function node base on EON Studio5.5platform.Realize reflection to virtual environment of semantic intance based on EON andrealize manual and automatic disassembly sequence planning algorithm, then savedisassembly sequences and interrated information in list.Construct multi-facor sequenceevaluation system and draw lacally best sequence.(4) Set up visible virtual assembly sequence planning platform VASPS. Exploit anintance to invalidate correctness and feasibility of proposed theory and method.
