As the Fossil raw materials are consumption, which is growing every year. The rapiddevelopment of society was built on the consumption of Fossils raw materials, which lead toall kinds of environmental problems, such as the Greenhouse effect, Global warming,Ecological balance damaged, Polar glacier and plateau frozen earth melting, sea levels rising, climate disasters, SO2and acid rain. Therefore the environment problems become a commonconcern for the people of world and China. As a result, the building of environment friendlysociety not only requires speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development, but also Increasing Scientific Investment. Through these we can find new energy, such assolar energy, nuclear energy, wind energy, water power and biomass. The biomass energy isone kind of sources of the most safe and stable energy. In the present, the use of agriculturalwaste and livestock and poultry droppings to product biomass becomes the focus of research, and will solve the environmental pollution and reduce the consumption of fossil rawmaterials. This test studyed the effect of the different ratio of raw materials on the dehydrogenase, coenzyme F420, microbial community structure and gas production, using cow manure, pigmanure and wheat straw in the constant and normal temperature conditions. This study aimsto understand the effect of the different materials and ratios on the enzyme activity, microbialcommunity structure changes and biogas yield to determine the optimal ration and understandthe anaerobic fermentation process of dynamic process. Through which we can providetechnical guidance and certain theoretical basis on anaerobic. The test results of the study areas follows:Effects of Different Rations of Materials on Biogas Production, VFA and the Activity ofDehedrogenase During Anaerobic ProcessThe study of the different ratios of co-digestion of cow manure and wheat straw toproduce methane showed that the yield of methane was better than the treatment of cow puremanure and wheat. In addition, the co-digestion can advance the gas production peak andimprove the output of methane. The result showed that the best of ratio of cow manure and wheat straw was1:1.The content of the VFA reacted to the change of gas yield, the correlation analysis ofthem showed that they were Significant correlation (r=0.412,p<0.01).Overall, the dehydrogenase activity can reflected microorganism activity change in theanaerobic process, but the correlation between gas yield and dehydrogenase activity was notsignificant (p>0.05).The co-digestion of cow manure and wheat straw can make anaerobic fermentationprocess more stable, keep pH value in8or so, which was helpful for methanogens growth andreproduction.2. Effects of Different Rations of Materials on the Activity of Coenzyme F420and theChanges of Community Structure During Anaerobic Process.(1) Coenzyme F420activity as anaerobic process index, represented the methanogensactivity in the anaerobic process. However the results showed that the correlation between thegas yield and Coenzyme F420activity was not significant (P>0.05). so, coenzyme F420asanaerobic activity index needs to make further research.(2) The change degree of bacteria community structure is difference in the differentmaterials maked for methane in the constant temperature conditio. The severe degree ofbacterial community structure change were the treatment of CM <CM: S=1:1<CM: S=2:1<CM: S=3:1.3. Effects of Different Materials on the Activity of Coenzyme F420and DehydrogenaseDuring Anaerobic Process.(1) The biogas yield variation and the temperature of the anaerobic tank wereinfluenced by room temperature, the correlation between the biogas yield variation (r=0.347,P<0.05) and the temperature of the anaerobic tank (r=0.364, P<0.05) and the roomtemperature were Very significant positive correlation, respectively.(2) Dehydrogenase activity can reflect the state of anaerobic fermentation process in theroom temperature. The correlation between Biogas production and Dehydrogenase activitywas significant positive correlation (r=0.347, P <0.05). Also, the activity of dehydrogenasewas influenced by the temperature of the fermentation tank (r=0.364, P <0.05).(3) The results showed that the correlation between the gas yield and Coenzyme F420activity was not significant (P>0.05). so, coenzyme F420as anaerobic activity index needs tomake further research.4. The Same Ratio of Materials was Influence on the Microbial Community StructureDuring Anaerobic Process.(1) The different material had a different influence on the microbial community structure of bacterial. The research result shows that the treatment of CM was more stablethan the treatment of CM: S in the before35d; however the bacteria community structure ofthe treatment of SM: S was more stable than the treatment of SM in the process of anaerobic.(2) The research result shows that the treatment of CM:S and SM:S were more stable thanthe treatment of CM and SM in the before45d, which suggested that the co-digestion ofwheat straw and cow manure or swine manure was benefit for the stability of the archaeacommunity structure.
