In recent years, with the rapid development of materials science, product demands ofnew materials are increasing. Polypropylene resin for its excellent performance and low pricepopular are favored. The means which improving the performance of polypropylene resin areimportant, the studies in blending become increasingly active. People effort to study themodified polypropylene composite materials which are diversity and high stability. Thesehave great practical significance, because the studies can improve the utilization ofpolypropylene resin, and reduce the metal’s application, and improve the performance of asingle material.In this paper, the multi-composite polypropylene material systems were prepared by thepowder blending method and the melt blending method. The polypropylene composites witha certain toughness and stiffness were prepared, whose carriers were polypropylene powder.The paper studied the reaction mechanism of inorganic fillers. The effectsmulti-polypropylene composite preparation conditions, processing conditions and reactionconditions change on the the properties of polypropylene composites. Its main contents wereas follows:The paper studied the blending reactions of the inorganic fillers and the tougheningsystem in the polypropylene composite material systems. The experiment results show thatthe polypropylene composite material system which the surface of inorganic fillers treatedwith coupling agent can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the polypropylenecomposites and the processing flow properties of the melt; and the toughness of thecomposite materials added toughness can improve effectively.The paper studied the processing forming mechanism of the multi-compositepolypropylene materials, including the screw of the twin-screw extruder and the wedge angleof the helix angle. The paper studied the injection molding process conditions of the injectionmolding machine, including the melting pressure is30MPa-40Mpa and the injection moldingtemperature range is190°C-220°C.
