Arsenic pollution problem have become more and more seriously, with our country social-economic rapid development. Especially, arsenic pollution water has attracted attention the environmental workers in worldwide. At present, some areas in our country, the arsenic in ground water is too high, which has exceeded the standard of drinking water in the national, and the health of local residents caused serious harm. Therefore, looking for a method which efficiency of removal arsenic, convenient operation, economy and no pollution again, and which treatment of arsenic containing wastewater and purification of drinking water has important significance.In this paper compared the chemical method, the physicochemical method and the microbiological method. Found that, adsorption method is the most widely in treatment of wastewater containing arsenic. But, at present, adsorbent for arsenic removal efficiency is low in the industrial. Therefore, the development of efficient adsorbent adsorption of arsenic is an important direction of research.The research on mesoporous molecular sieves SBA-15experimental study mainly includes the following two parts:(1) Compared and choice of Fe modified adsorbent SBA-15First of all, when initial concentration of the arsenic solution is4.4703mg/L, adsorption amount of0.5g, adsorption time is1440min, pH is6.50, adsorption temperature is room temperature (25±1℃), using adsorbent SBA-15, SBA-15-8%Fe, clinoptilolite, stibnite and mesoporous iron oxide on As (Ⅴ) removal effect. The SBA-15-8%Fe on As (Ⅴ) adsorption effect is best.Then, using impregnation and temperature modified the mesoporous adsorbent SBA-15-8%Fe. It used to As (Ⅴ) adsorption experiments. It was found the adsorbent500C-SBA-15-8%Fe adsorption As (Ⅴ) is best.(2) The Adsorbent500℃-SBA-15-8%Fe adsorption As (Ⅴ) researchTo drinking water containing arsenic, the Adsorbent500℃-SBA-15-8%Fe adsorption As (Ⅴ). At the same time, the experiment should consider the solution pH value, arsenic solution initial concentration, adsorbent dosage, adsorption time, adsorption temperature and coexisting ions (NO3-、SO42-、SiO32-、CO32-andPO43-). All this are in order to more understanding of the500℃-SBA-15-8%Fe to As (Ⅴ) adsorption of law.The experimental results show that:the500℃-SBA-15-8%Fe in the processes of adsorption, the pH is6.50, removal the As (Ⅴ) is the best. With the initial concentration of arsenic solution increases, the As (Ⅴ) removal efficiency is decreased. As Adsorbent dosage increases, the efficiency of the adsorption arsenic rises fast. The temperature is higher, adsorption As (Ⅴ) of rate is faster, and however, it is not affect on the adsorption capacity. Coexistence ions (CO32-、SiO32-、SO42-、PO43-、and NO3-) affects the adsorbent adsorption As (Ⅴ). Degree of effect:SiO32->PO43-> SO42-> NO3> CO32-.Finally, using powder X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption technique were performed on material characterization. The results showed that, Fe is successfully supported on SBA-15, and the framework is not collapse, and the modification of mesoporous material500℃-SBA-15-8%Fe has good mesoporous pore structure. Therefore, it can be illustrated that using Fe on mesoporous materials modification of SBA-15is successful.
