The dye wastewater treatment is a difficult and also hot problem in the field of industrial wastewater treatment. On the basis of Wet Air Oxidation (in short, WAO), Catalytic Wet Air Oxidation (in short, CWAO) introduces the catalyst, promotes the formation of free radicals·OH, and introducing oxidizer H2O2,Catalytic Wet Peroxide Oxidation (in short, CWPO) can further reduce the reaction conditions, in result that the reaction of degradation wastewater can conduct under the condition of atmospheric pressure and low temperature.This article chooses CWPO process under the condition of atmospheric pressure and low temperature. First of all, the catalyst,with high catalytic activity, CuO-ZnO-CeO2/γ-Al2O3is prepared in the process, and it is determined that when mass fraction of the catalyst active components is4%,4%and1%respectively, and calcining temperature is500℃, calcining time is2h. COD removal rate of acid bright red GR simulation wastewater is82.46%, decoloring rate is99.16%, and stripping amout of the copper ions is just0.623mg/L; Catalyst life and regeneration research show that the catalyst has a good stability, and regenerated catalyst can be used repeatedly.Next, the optimized process in which the catalyst treats dye simulation wastewater is determined, and the technology is used to treat the actual dye wastewater, under the condition of the reaction temperature70℃, reaction time2.5h, catalyst addition amount2.5g,hydrogen peroxide addition amount0.7mL, wastewater effluent COD is141.40mg/L, the removal rate is74.39%, and treatment efficiency is good.Finally, this paper studys preliminarily CWPO process with uv light auxiliary. Research finds that CWPO process with UV light auxiliary can effectively degrade organic wastewater under the condition of atmospheric pressure and low temperature, thus the wet oxidation process conditions were reduced further.
