With refinement of social division of labor, fine grading of the materials is increasingly important. As one aspect of the screening, the solid-liquid separation is also charged with the important mission. By improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the solid-liquid separation, you can get the materials to meet operational requirements. This can be efficient use of the materials, reduce the cost, improve the production efficiency, also can avoid unnecessary waste and pollution, protect the environment.This paper through map the size of the parts of horizontal circle vibration solid-liquid separator, use CATIA3D software build the model of the horizontal circle vibration solid-liquid separator, and import it into the ADAMS for simulation. Through the ADAMS simulation, this paper discuss the influences of different upper and lower eccentric block angle and different motor speed on amplitude and vibration frequency of the sieve surface edge of horizontal circle vibration solid-liquid separator, and the influences of different upper and lower eccentric block angle on the trajectory of single-particle material on the sieve surface of horizontal circle vibration solid-liquid separator under the motor rated speed. Then through the modal analysis function of CATIA3D software to get the first ten natural frequencies and mode shapes, and inspect the horizontal circle vibration solid-liquid separator if stay far away from the resonance region under the motor rated speed by calculating. Finally, through the Experiment, get the amplitude and vibration frequency of the sieve surface edge of horizontal circle vibration solid-liquid separator, the trajectory of materials on the sieve surface, the moisture content of the material after the separation, furthermore compare and analyze the experimental results and simulation results.The study process and results of this paper provide the relevant parameters of the basis for the application of horizontal circle vibration solid-liquid separator that has certain reference significance in screening industry.
