| The support of soft rock tunnel with strong tectonic stress is a theme which confuses most of people who engage in this field. As the increasingly economic development, the demand to coal is becoming larger and larger, being as the one simulation power of economic development, the productivity of coal is playing an important role in the process of economic development in our country. Accounting of the reserves of coal is not abundant any now in superficial, we change target to deep coal bed, well, unfortunately, there should be a lot of difficulties with dig deep coal bed, such as complicated environment of roadway surrounding rock, high ground stress, very difficult to support roadway, large deformation quantity and long lasting time of deformation, whether solve the problem of roadway deformation late well could be the key factors to the productivity and profit of coal. Accounting for most of coal resource in our country exist in more than1000meters underground, and the horizontal stress in the most formation normally higher than vertical stress, this paper takes how to support soft rock tunnel as theme. On the basis of support of7213underground substation room in Yuandian No.2coal mine, this paper take series tests on tunnel, such as litho logy,the stress on rock, make a numerical simulation about deformation analysis, and take a analysis on the characteristics of soft rock, the characteristics of mechanicals, and the every parts’mechanism of soft rock with strong structure stress as the same time. On the basis of the research on the mechanism which describes above, and the controls the theory of controlling, we well make a properly scheme about support,which solve the problem of surrounding rock stubborn deformation7213underground substation room, and get huge social and economical benefits. The design method of the scheme of support should be a kind of important reference to the other people. |
