Capillary magnetophoresis technology is a kind of high-efficienct and high-throughput analysis technology of biological separation developed in recent years. Based on the research in literature, this paper offer a new method of one-dimensional capillary magnetophoresis method. Meanwhile influent factors of capillary magnetophoresis separation method were explored for separation of Fe3O4magnetic fluid, including the form of magnetic field, mobile phase and capillary channel length. The result showed that, under these condition were that the ratio of Fe(III)/Fe(Ⅱ) was1.8, the curing temperature was70℃, pH was11, the prepared nanometer-magnetic Fe3O4by co-prec ipitation method was suitable for capillary magnetophoresis separation; appropriately extend the capillary channel length within a certain range was helpful to optimize separation result; permanent magnetic was better than electromagnetic field to offer magnetic field; compared with pure water,2%glycerin water solution can make the retention time of sample more stable.
