The biology in nature, especially plants, has porous structure. They are excellent templates of preparing porous material. This article first reports that TiO2photocatalyst synthesized by several aquatic plant leaves and several plants powder can simulate acid phosphatase to hydrolyze benzene disodium phosphate solution under irradiation. At home and abroad, it has never reported using inorganic TiO2photocatalyst to simulate acid phosphatase. What is more, with the wide application of the photocatalytic technology in all trades and professions, the use of photocatalytic degradation of dye pollutants is one of the most important new technologies that are cared for in recent years. Photocatalytic degradation of dye pollutant is that dye is decomposed by the catalysis of the catalyst under irradiation (sunlight, ultraviolet light, and visible light). So catalyst is a decisive factor of the photocatalytic degradation process. TiO2photocatalyst is stable, cheap, friendly and renewable. Especially it is widely used in the degradation of pollutants, and will be widely developed if it can be put into practical application. In this research, mesoporous TiO2photocatalysts were prepared by using plant powders and aquatic plants leaves as templates. Firstly, the synthetic materials were characterized by means of X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2adsorption-desroption, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis), fourier transform infared spectrometer (FT-IR), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), of which the templates of reed leaves and water hyacinth leaves basically copy the morphology of the templates. In this research, the photocatalytic activity of the samples prepared was studied by the efficiency and activities. Firstly, the samples’degradation of organic dye rhodamine B (RB) and gentian violet (GV) was researched under visible light, and it showed they could achieve certain effects:Secondly, the samples were applied to the photocatalytic enzyme simulation research, and investigate the influence of TiO2 photocatalyst environmental factors. Finally, this research compared advantages and disadvantages of inorganic materials synthesized by konjac powder with acid phosphatase. The results showed:1.These prepared TiO2photocatalyst has certain adsorption and certain visible light photocatalytic activity in degradating organic dye aqueous solutions of rhodamine B and gentian violet;2. TiO2photocatalyst has similar activity as biological enzyme, especially catalyst synthesized by konjac powder as template has the same activity as acid phosphatase.3. TiO2photocatalysts are not quite vulnerable under impact of external factors and can be reused several times and have other advantages.
