Chapter1:The type, property and characteristics of charge transfer compound were described briefly. The Research progress and application prospect of the charge-transfer compounds, carbazole and fluorene derivatives were introduced in this chapter.Chapter2:A D-π-A type of intramolecular charge transfer compound (ECzMFA) was synthesized from carbazole and fluorene by the nitration, reduction, alkylation, acylation, condensation reactions. The structure of products and intermediates were confirmed by IR and1HNMR. Its fluorescence properties were researched preliminarily. The results show that this compound has excellent fluorescence properties, and emits the light blue fluorescence in the DMSO, Emmax1=352nm, Emmax2=366nm. This compound has a higher sensitivity to temperature and solvent polarity of the system and was expected to a potential application in the area of detection of biological molecules。Chapter3:A novel intramolecular charge transfer compound (ECzFH) was synthesized. The structure of products and intermediates were confirmed by IR and1HNMR. The results show that this compound has excellent effects of charge-transfer,and emits the stronger light blue fluorescence in the DMSO Emmax1=358nm, Emmax2=370nm. The solvent concentration and polarity in system has a greater impact on the fluorescence spectroscopy of the compound.Chapter4:"D-π-A" type of novel intramolecular charge transfer compound (NMFA) was synthesized from fluorene and1-naphthaldehyde. In the structure of this compound, the naphthalene aldehyde group as an electron donor,2-amino-fluorene as an electron acceptor, The structure of product was confirmed by IR and1HNMR. The results show that this compound has excellent effects of charge-transfer,and has two emission peaks in DMSO Emnmx1=358nm, Emmmax2=374nm. This compound has a higher sensitivity to temperature and solvent polarity of the system and was expected to a potential application in the area of detection of biological molecules。Chapter5:The new compound was synthesized from Carbazole and2,4dinitrophenylhydrazine. The structure of product was confirmed by IR and ’HNMR. In the structure of this compound, the N-Ethylcarbazole as an electron donor,2,4dinitrophenylhydrazine as an electron acceptor.Chapter6:A A-π-D-π-A type of intramolecular charge transfer compound (DECzFH) was synthesized. The structure of product was confirmed by IR and1HNMR. Its fluorescence properties were researched preliminarily. The results show that this compound has excellent fluorescence properties,and emits a strong red fluorescence,when dissolved in DMSO solvent,it will emit a strong blue fluorescence. This compound has two emission peaks in DMSO, Emmax1=367nm, Emmax2=381nm. Due to its special nature it may be used in the field of security.
