This topic take22t/h of aluminum ingot continuous casting production line as object ofstudy, because the hydraulic system has many actuators, and working conditions complex, andload random variation,and the efficiency is not high and other issues. To reduce the hydraulicsystem operation power, install power and finally reduce the entire production line’s electrici-ty consumption, the paper proposes viable solution for energy-saving under the condition ofensuring the fuction of the system.The paper first discusses the domestic and international multi-actuator hydraulic systemfor energy saving technology development, clear the purpose and significance of energy-savi-ng in multi-actuator hydraulic system and overview the source of issues and research contents.and makes a detailed discuss about the energy loss forms of hydraulic system of the22t/haluminum ingot continuous casting machine production line, and analysis and compare of thedomestic and international multi-actuator hydraulic system for energy-saving technology andcombined with the inherent characteristics of the hydraulic system, identified several energysaving programs: multi-pump digital control loop energy saving program, hydraulic subsyste-m and accumulator energy saving program, constant pressure pump control energy saving pr-ogram, load-sensing technology energy-saving program under various reasons.Secondly, according to the function of the22t/h aluminum ingot continuous casting mac-hmachine production line, reasonable adjustments to the hydraulic system actuator’s timingtable, and combined with the energy saving programs and redesign of the hydraulic system.Achieved the hydraulic system of multi-pump digital control loop, hydraulic subsystem andaccumulator, constant pressure pump control and load-sensing technology, and the effect ofthese energy saving solution for analysis and comparison, come to the hydraulic subsystemand accumulator energy-saving solution is the best. And in order to deeper study of the best ofenergy saving solution, established the mathematical model of the dosing pump, the valvecontrol of the cylinder, accumulator and analysis its dynamic characteristics.After applied the software of AMESim simulate and analysis the subsystem of hydraulicsystem and accumulate and research the accumulator of oil in-out response. Simulation resultsshow that: the selected of accumulators could meet the needs of the hydraulic system, and ap-plied the accumulator not only reduce the operation power, install power,but also make the hydraulic system running more stable. Finally, summary the research or the entire text of theresearch, propose the follow-up work and vision.
