| The wastewater treatment technology with aerobic granular sludge is a new techniquedeveloped in recent years, which has an advantage in removing organic matter, ammonianitrogen, phosphorus, hard-degradation toxic substances and the wastewater with heavy metal.Compared with traditional activated sludge process, it does well in smooth surface, compactstructure, diverse microbiofacies, good sedimentation performance and small areas, nowaerobic granular sludge has become the highlight in wastewater treatment study.In this paper, firstly the culture and stable operation process of aerobic granular sludgewas compared in Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) and Pore Plate of Plastic SequencingBatch Reactor. Secondly the best technological parameter of the rapid and stable aerobicgranular sludge was explored by orthogonal test, which to provide the first-hand informationfor widely use in practice. The result shows that:(1) Activated sludge was used as inoculated sludge in this experiment. Under the samecondition of organic loading rate13.8kgCOD/(m~3·d), operation cycle3hours and initialsuperficial air velocity1.4cm/s, aerobic granular sludge was cultivated in sequencing batchreactor and pore plate of plastic sequencing batch reactor fed with synthetic wastewaterrespectively, when the experiment run20d, the biofilm have developed on the pore plate ofplastic, then the superficial air velocity increased to1.8cm/s; After90d the mature and stableaerobic granular sludge was cultured in sequencing batch reactor and pore plate of plasticsequencing batch reactor, there was diverse micro-biofacies, bacillus, sphaerita, anhistozoaand histozoa. The size distribution was2.0mm, SVI was16.96mL/g, specific gravity was1.0345, granular setting velocity was41.2m/h, the removal rate of COD, TN and TP in poreplate of plastic sequencing batch reactor were91.64%,87.17%,83%; But in SBR those wereonly1.0~5.0mm particle size,18.67mL/g SVI,1.0304specific gravity,31.56m/h particlesettling velocity,83.2%,79.41%,70.68%or so. In comparison, pore plate of plasticsequencing batch reactor is more conductive to the culture of aerobic granular sludge andstable running.(2) According to the flowing and experimental analysis in the SBR reactor with the poreplate of plastic with8mm bore diameter and68mm diameter, the results showed that: thehydraulic conditions were changed by the network board settings, the pore plate of plasticcreate the environment for microbial growth, through the microbial community become tobiological film on the sheet, the activated sludge process and bio-film process was combinedorganically, then the good environment accelerate aerobic granular sludge formation. (3) By orthogonal test, exploring the best technological parameter of aerobic granularsludge in the pore plate of plastic sequencing batch reactor. The best technological parameterwere0.20m3/h~0.25m3/h for aeration rate,20~3min for settlement time,200mg/Lã€60mg/L forNH4+-Nã€TP,4.27kg COD/(m3·d) for volume loading.Visibly, the mature and stable aerobic granular sludge have good removal efficiency onorganic matter, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus, which was cultured in the pore plate of plasticsequencing batch reactor, and the setting ability was significant higher than normal activatedsludge. Aerobic granular sludge plays a positive part in the development of urban wastewatertreatment technology and provides a feasible parameter for the practice. |
