With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of life level, there is an increasing concern about health problem.Antimicrobial products has gradually developed rapidly as articles of everyday use.However, Germs are absent nowhere and a variety of pathogenic bacteria cause a great damage to people’s life and property, so the research and development of antibacterial material has a very important practical significance.This article first introduces study of antiseptic products,then staes the types and the mechanism of antiseptics.Property and production of nano silver, zinc oxide anti-bacterial agent, anti-bacterial material of the natural polymer persimmon tannin are also discussed. Secondly, explores the preparation of nano-silver and nano-zinc oxide inorganic antibacterial and antibacterial performance test.Discussion of the future applications of composite antibacterial materials is made in the end.Nano-zinc oxide was prepared by homogeneous precipitation and microemulsion method, The SEM photos of the samples indicate that the show that the morphology of nano-oxide particles that were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method with urea and Zn(Ac)2·2H2O is rod-like,the mean dimeters ranged from45nm to55nm and the aspect ratio is approximately8:1; microemulsion with NaOH and Zn(Ac)2·2H2O as the raw material preparation of nano-zinc oxide sol into a uniform spherical surface continuity is good, but part of the agglomeration.This article preparation of nano silver sol using silver nitrate as raw materials, ethylene glycol reduction method and prepared by citrate reduction. Sodium citrate reduction method to prepare nano silver sol, were selected to water and persimmon tannin solution, the chitosan solution as the solvent.Found by scanning electron micrographs, ethylene glycol synthesis of nanocrystalline silver sol, then add the conditions of the protective agent, the smaller particle size of nanoparticles; nano-silver particles prepared with water as solvent for the good dispersion of spherical particles and particlesuniform segments; persimmon tannin solution as a solvent prepared silver nanoparticles prepared by the solvent is smaller than water, and good dispersion.This study through the preparation of the network structure ofTi-O-Ti to avoid the aggregation of the nanoparticles, Ti(OBu)4as the main raw material, this article first introduced the hydrolysis process of Ti(OBu)4, and discusses the choice of reaction solvent on the synthesis of the impact of the mother liquor and the amount of persimmon tannin on the mother liquor, and come to a reasonable ratio.Appropriate amounts of nano-Ag So、nano-ZnO Sol and PT solution which contains Ti-O-Ti bonds mix together by ultrasonic oscillations.Through experiments and characterization of persimmon tannin content of antibacterial composite. Obtained the ratio of persimmon tannin content of the optimum reaction. Antibacterial composite materials prepared by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) testing, according to the picture can be seen that the nano-zinc oxide and nano silver can be uniformly dispersed, less agglomeration.Nutrient broth dilution method and agar dilution method to test the MBC and MIC of antibacterial complex system, a good antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and yeast. MBC values of Nano-silver and nano-zinc oxide in E.coli (Gram-negative bacteria)and S.aureus(Gram-negative bacteria) as low as0.35ppm and19ppm, for the C.albicans(yeast),the concentration of the ZnO and nano Ag is approximately0.7ppm and38.13ppm.at last, the MBC values of Nano-silver and nano-zinc oxide in P.aeruginosa(Gram-negative bacterium) is approximately1.4ppm and76.25ppm, respectively. these concentration are lower than the previous work because of synergies.
