The topics in cooperate with Henan Jindan Lactic Acid Co.,Ltd to study the relevant technical issues of L-Calcium Lactate in the crystallization process.The study includes determination of L-Calcium Lactate solubility data,ultra-solubility data;The continuous crystallization kinetics of L-Calcium Lactate in a mixed suspension mixed product removal cry stallizer; Study the crystal size and influencing factors of the L-Calcium lactate under different crystallization process.This paper to study the L-Calcium Lactate under the working conditions, the first to study the solubility data of the L-calcium lactate under the working conditions, the solubility data of the soluble solids calcium lactate, the static devices in the laboratory and dynamic devices were grouped under different temperature conditions with the solubility data, the date of the over-saturation, depending on the equation fitting the data derived the solubility equation was derived by depending on the different date in different conditions; Secondly, The purpose of this paper to study the food additive L-Calcium lactate crystallization kinetics, based on the theory of population balance, crystal nucleation and growth rate equations of L-calcium Lactate were determined by nonlinear regression method and experimental data in a mixed-suspension-mixed-product removal crystallizer. Results showed that growth rate of product crystal was size-dependent and experimental data conformed to MJ-2model, the last,The effect of additives on the control of crystal size for L-calcium Lactate is Discussed in the paper, the additives chosen is the sodium dodecyl benzene Sulfonate the results shows that the crystallization interfacial energy of L-calcium Lactate is increased with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as additive,then the crystal nucleus formation is inhibited crystal growth is promoted and crystal size is improved using the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as additives,the mean diameter is236um,the concentration of additive is80mg/kg, the optimum technology was studied using orthogonal test design; the concentration of additive is80mg/kg, the crystallization temperature is39℃,the stirring rate is220r/min, the amount of crystal seed is2.5‰of the solution quality,the cooling rate is10℃/h, sum up with the date about the crystallization,natural crystallation,batch crystallization and the average particle size about the batch crystallization experimental, to compare with the particle size distribution under different conditions, combined with the solubility data ender the working conditions and the kinetic parameters of crystallization process equation, the impact on the production of L of calcium lactate crystallization process. The solubility data under the working conditions, crystallization kinetics equation and the particle size control factor of the batch crystallization, not only guiding the crystallization process of L-Calcium Lactate, but also providing a continuous crystallization kinetic parameters and experimental data in order to design equipment.
