| Sanitary landfilling is the most common way to dispose of municipal solid waste in China, but leachate produces in the process of landfilling is a type of organic wastewater containing large amounts of pollutant with high concentration,and one of the most significant impacts of a landfill on the surrounding environmenthas been consistently identified as being caused by leachate. In recent years, Anaerobic Sequencing Batch Reactor(ASBR) has rised. As a New high-rate anaerobic reactor, ASBR could treat a wide range of organic wastewater in a large temperature range. The research used it on the pretreatment in anaerobic period of landfill leachate. Through laboratory simulation study, the carbon balance of the landfill leachate pretreatment technology using ASBR in the condition of the optimum process parameters confirmed in the research of initiating stage and orthogonal test was studied. The material and energy conversion in the degradation process of organic pollutants contain in the leachate was researched in the transformation of carbon, and the dynamic model of the migration and balance of carbon was set up. At last, the dynamics parameters were fitted and optimized.In carbon balance research experiments, landfill leachate was pretreated at normal temperature and moderated temperature respectively using ASBR technology in the situation of the optimum process parameters. Carbon consist in liquidoid(?) gaseous phase and solidoid was had a comprehensive analysis determination respectively, the results demonstrated that:â‘ About86.4%(77.6%) carbon entered into gaseous phase, about1.7%(1.4%) carbon entered into solidoid, the other11.7%(22.3%) stayed in liquidoid in a reaction period at the state of moderated temperature(normal temperature). And about77.6%(71.3%)of the carbon entered into gaseous was in the form of methane exist,8.8%(4.7%) of the carbon entered into gaseous was in the form of carbon dioxide, this explained that there had a good recyele utilization potential of methane produced in the process of leachate pretreatment using ASBR.â‘¡The content of carbon in the solidoid also had some degree of increase, but the range was very low. It indicates that the growth of anaerobic granular sludge is sluggish.â‘¢The pretreatment of landfill leachate using ASBR could get a good result whether in the conditions of normal temperature or moderated temperature. But the processing effect at moderated temperature was better than at normal temperature. The dynamic model of the process of migration, transformation and balance of carbon was established through internal anaerobic digestion dynamics analysis of the reactor and combining the carbon material balance within the reactor. With that, the various dynamics parameters of the model were estimated and optimizated. The carbon balance model with the optimized parameters can simulate the process of carbon balance in ASBR precisely to some extent. And the operational process of the reactor can be controlled through the compare of measured value and analogue value of methane carbon and carbon dioxide.This paper is a supplement and prolongation of the treatment of leachate using ASBR. The results can provide theoretical support and profitable reference for the actual project of leachate treatment. |
