The mine fire was one of the top five disasters in coal mine. Once a fire occured, not only affected production safety, and in serious cases may be burned underground equipment and resources, but also caused major or fatal accident casualties. Spontaneous combustion was the main reason causing the mine fire, in our country about56%mine had spontaneous combustion coal mine. In recent years, the widely application of mechanical mining roadway was under pressure and increased the amount of air leakage, therefore the legacy of coal gob area was in ventilation and oxygen status for a long time, whch increased the possibility of coal spontaneous combustion and seriously affected the mine safety production. This paper studied on mechanized caving face15102of Spontaneous combustion fire prevention and control technology, which was based on the caving face seam and goaf coal spontaneous combustion characteristics of15102The main contents and conclusions were as following:Firstly, based on the actual mining conditions of15102fully mechanized caving face of Shi Gejie mine, the paper analyzied the spontaneous combustion characteristics of goaf and the spontaneous combustion characteristics and laws of the15102coal seam.Secondly, according to the goaf law of "three zones" and condition and index of "three zones", using drilling drainage of goaf in gas samples, etc., and measuring content and temperature changes of gas samples and detecting goaf" three zones" of15102working face,the paper got the results that. Based on the analysis of gas field exploration, get the gob" three zone" range, gob cooling bandwidth60m, oxidation (combustion) bandwidth of20-80mThirdly, according to the seepage flow basic control equation of goaf and properties porous media, the paper established an air leakage flow model of goaf.The paper used the FLUENT software to make a data simulation, and analyzed the air leakage intensity distribution in different air conditions.A source of a department of ventilation system, which was U type working face goaf date simulation to obtaine the air leakage intensity in different air distributions.The results of Fluent software simulation was that in normally supply air volume is600m3/min of the working surface, the spontaneous combustion bandwidth was45m, which was accord with the detection results.Finally, according to the characteristics of spontaneous combustion in Shi Gejie mine15102working face, to establish a set of prevention and control scheme of spontaneous combustion in coal mining face, namely building wall and hanging up windshield curtain in the two lane office, effective control of goaf air leakage, reduce oxidation zone; by the design scheme of goaf gel isolation of nitrogen fire prevention and extinguishing fire and goaf, reducing temperature, inerting, necessary for the routine detection and effective use of monitoring equipment. To gurarantee the working face can safety production.
