Since the new century, the economic gross of our country has grown quickly, and the coal, as a world leading energy, has played a very important role. With the rapid development of China’s coal industry and coal output increased significantly, the number of inclined shaft become more and more. In the inclined shaft hoisting process, the wire rope,as the main stress components, has characteristics of complex stress variation and easy occurrence elastic beating. The main reason of damage of wire rope is frequent and severe change of force. So far there has no mature mechanical device which can improve the load and safety of inclined shaft hoisting wire rope. Therefore, the safety and reliability of inclined shaft lifting face challenges.This paper, after combining with the inclined shaft hoisting industrial process and site layout, designed a set of anti-detachment device, which can cooperate with sheave, and has advantages of reliability and strong adaptability The device consists of three parts, which is the mechanical structure of the elastic rope pressing roller device, hydraulic driven rapid reaction limiting device and the PLC as the core of the state detection module. Based on several typical working conditions of slack rope and rope releasing, reason and mechanism of slack rope were analysed, which give basic theoretical support on determining performance parameters of elastic rope pressing roller device and limiting device; Based on study of key factors of the flexible wire rope jumping, the application of combining elastic rope pressing device and limiting device was put forward, to prevent the phenomenon of wire rope off and rope random; A new monitoring module with characterics of basing on PLC control technology, and combining with the sensor technique, which can alarm in ways of sound and light,was designed.This paper studied on anti-detachment device of mechanical and hydraulic combined simulation with ADAMS software.Under several typical working conditions, working performance of the press rope wheel device are analyzed.In addition,the pressure and flow of the hydraulic module of the rapid reaction limit device are analysed.Simulation research and industrial test show that, the cooperation of elastic rope pressing wheel device and limiting device can effectively deal with various complicated situations in inclined shaft hoisting, and can play a very important role in the improvement of inclined shaft hoisting transport safety, in reducing the inclined broken rope, and in shedding accident probability.
