Emissions of two main pollutants indicators includingCOD and sulfur dioxide were basically controlled.Automobile, as one of the most popular vehicles in the modern society, hasbecome an important symbol of social development and progress. With the rapiddevelopment of the automotive industry, needs of automobiles increase so that thepollution induced by automobile industry is increasingly serious. In the process ofenvironmental management on the automotive manufacturing industry, how to controland manage the emissions of the pollutants of car factory effectively and efficientlyhas been becoming an urgent problem.With the ideology of total control environment, combined with China’s “11thFive-Year plan” total control of the successful experience and the “12th Five-Yearplann”total control of the development trend, the total control of the environmentalmanagement methods and automobile manufacturing industry production andpollution characteristics of the combination of detailed analysis of the automobilemanufacturing industry, process, the sewage characteristics and characteristics of pollutants of the automobile manufacturing industry were summarized in accordancewith the characteristics of the characteristics of pollutants and harmful levels, and thecharacteristics of pollution control factors of the car manufacturing industry controlwere filtered out. On the basis of the first national census of pollution sources on thecar factory valid data and detective data collected from the automobile plant,accounting methods of the total amount of pollutants in automobile factory wereestimated. Finally, the perfect supporting policies and measures were provided tosubstantiate a strong theoretical foundation and well-established policy forgovernment departments and strengthen environmental management in the future.
