In the past one hundred year, annual average temperature rise to0.5~0.8℃in China, the increasing temperature was more obvious after1990especially.Scientists,who participated in large-scale international cooperation research plan for Indian Ocean Experiment (INDOEX), found that the sky of India ocean, South Asia, Southeast Asia and southern of China were shrouded in Brown pollution Dust Haze in an area of about9000000aquare kilometers in India ocean. In this context, thin paper based on the daily ground radiation data of total solar radiation of1961~2009, direct radiation and scattered radiation of1961~2000in the coastal region of southeast China, and the monthly data of cloudiness, sunshine hours and visibility of1961-2005. Using correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, path analysis method.On one hand, to get the change characteristics of the total solar radiation, direct radiation, scattering radiation and related meteorological elements. On the other hand, to discuss the change variation of solar radiation and its cause of formation of6typical cities, to aim at revealing the change of solar radiation on regional climate change response. The main research results are as follows:1. The trend analysis of climate change of southeast coastal areas in China in1961~2009:the interannual variability of average precipitation rose slightly, but the trend is not significant. The average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature and high temperature were in a slow decline, and then had significantly increase trend, the rising speed year by year of minimum temperature was higher than the rising one of maximum temperature. Sunshine hours and average wind speed had significantly decreased trend; the mean pressure is decreasing change, especially the fall is more remarkable after1995year. Visibility was been in decline, change process:excellent visibility-good visibility-General visibility-poor visibility. The total cloud cover of southeast coastal area In1961~2005was slightly increased, but the change was not significant; the low cloud amount had a significant decline trend. Relative humidity wae a significant decline trend, just declined slowly before2002, drop after2002.2. The total solar radiation of1961~1991in southeast coastal aera of China was in "dark" atage, and this of1991-2009was in "brightening" stage. direct radiation in1961~2000has been decreased significantly; scattering radiation in1961~2000did not change significantly. Total solar radiation was respectively decreased from the south of Guangdong towards Guangxi, and from the south of Guangdong to Fujian- Zhejiang direction. direct radiation was respectively decreased from the junction of Fujian and Guangdong to Guangdong-Guangxi firection, and to Fujian-Zhejiang direction. scattered radiation had decreased from the south of Guangdong to the north of Guangxi direction and to Guangdong-Fujian-Zhejiang direction, but that of the central eara of Fujian was minimum.3. Sunshine hours and total solar radiation have significantly positive correlation, sunshine duration had decreased significantly in1961~2009. visibility and total solar radiation is a significant positive correlation, the change process of this eara between1961~2009:excellent visibility-good visibility-General visibility-poor visibility. Total cloud amount, low cloud amount and total solar radiation is a significant negative correlation. just total cloud cover is reduced, but not obvious; and low cloud amount was increased, low cloud amount on the effects of solar radiation of the area is greater than the total cloud cover. Precipitation, average relative humidity and total solar radiation were positively correlated, but not obvious.4. this area’s total solar radiation in6cities, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Shantou, Guilin, nanning and Hangzhou, have made the "dim" in the60~70years and they began to "dim" time is respectively1963,1963,1963,1964,1963and1967. They have made the "brighten" in the80~90years and they began to "brighten" time is1990,1995,1981,1984and1989.5. In the "dim" phase of total solar radiation, low cloud cover is the dominant factor in Fuzhou, Guangzhou; visibility is the main factor in Shantou, Guilin, Nanning; total cloud cover is the main factor in Hangzhou. In the "brighten" stage of total solar radiation, total cloud cover is the first factor in Fuzhou, Hangzhou; low cloud clver is the main factor in Guangzhou; visibility and sunshine hours are the dominant factors in Shantou; sunshine hours is the main factor in Guilin, Nanning.Overall, Climate change of the southeast coastal area of China is the same as global climate change, the change of total solar radiation is mainly affected by low cloud cover, aerosol, cloudiness, sunshine hours. This shows that the main factor which affects the changes of solar radiation is not the same in different6cities of southeasten coastal area in China.
