The low temperature dry distillation of oil shale can get shale oil, gasand carbon residue.Oil shale distillation technology from heating way canbe divided into external heat dry distillation and internal heat drydistillation.internal heat dry distillation technology is widely used in the worldof industrialization.external heat dry distillation technology many countriesare in research, and did not put out any industrialization device.With thestrengthening of industrial technology development and social awareness ofenvironmental protection, in order to achieve the purpose of energyconservation, efficient and environmentally friendly, this research developeda new type of external heat dry distillation furnace, semi-industrialexperiments, the experimental results is quite satisfactory. The distillationfurnace oil production rate of93.18%, combined with recovery systemwhole oil yield is83.55%, compared to the traditional fushun process oilyield up by more than10%.This new external heat dry distillation furnace designed in order toachieve the materials continuous production, improve the thermal efficiencyof the furnace.So the experimental furnace is a vertical four-hole associatedwall carbonization furnace at the discharge point of view of the drydistillation furnace feed to get rid ofoutside the thermal carbonizationfurnace intermittent work state.The dry distillation furnace continuousoperation, continuous feed ash, thus greatly improving the operatingefficiency of the dry distillation furnace does not exist the phenomenon ofthe empty furnace. And the experimental furnace oil shale semi-coke arenot, and oxygen exposure, not combustion reaction, does not make thefurnace due to the high local temperature furnace phenomenon, so that thecontinued operation of the dry distillation furnace more time to deal with thelarge increase. Experiments reached about1ton per hour, daily capacity of24tons.This external heat dry distillation technology can be better than theinternal heat dry distillation of the technical quality of the shale oil, calorificvalue higher carbonization gas, and dry distillation furnaces export productrecycling system load is greatly reduced, wastewater generation small, compared to external heat dry distillation furnace is very energy saving. Thisarticle by the introduction of physical and chemical properties of oil shale agradual transition to the specific circumstances of the external thermalcarbonization experiment up, the paper used the data speak, illustratedaccount of the whole process on the outer thermal carbonization experiment.The conclusion that the summary of the external thermal carbonizationtechnology, more complete embodiment of their own value and futureprospects for the development of this technology.
