In Daqing Oilfield, the major reservoir minerals of the ASP test block are kaolinite andillite, so after the ASP compound systems with alkaline conditions were injected to thereservoir, some physical and chemical changes occurred in the reservoir minerals and alkali,which caused dissolution and deposition of rock minerals, also it formed stuck pumps andblocking phenomenon to the lifting systems, which seriously affected the normal production,at the same time during the displacement processes, corrosion and scaling of the groundpipeline has happened. In order to find the dissolution characters about the ASP systems to thereservoir minerals, In this paper, by sodium hydroxide single alkali system and ternary systemto rocks and minerals static immersion corrosion and dynamic displacement dissolution, itstudied the damage rules and scaling mechanisms about ASP systems to the reservoir, whichprovided bases to the application. Research shows that, on the reservoir of differentpermeability, the reservoir fluid firstly came into a big permeability reservoir, contacting withthe ASP system, the reservoir had a greater degree of corrosion; the dissolution, corrosion andmigration of alkali to rock mineral has caused primal pore damaged or clogged. The researchin this paper has provided some theoretical method to reduce scale formation, prevent andclean the scales. It is the key to the ASP flooding technology. And it also will have animportant significance to the development of application and advanced in ASP new theoriesand new technologies.
