Precision forming technology has developed rapidly, especially the demand of thethree-dimensional precision forming part is particularly large, widely used in aerospace,precision instruments, motorcycles, automobile and other fields. Forming process of thetraditional three-dimensional parts mostly by blanking, stamping, bending, deep drawing,casting, forging, cutting, and other process or combination of various forming processes, theparts forming by this method is not only low accuracy, poor quality, and low productivity,high production costs, long production cycle. Mid-thick plate nuts sheet metal parts usedmore often, the flange wall thickness and height has the difficulty of forming and there ismore forming defects when using the traditional casting or stamping and welding processes,which can not meet the functionality of the parts requirements, precision forming technologyproposed in this paper to forming this kind of part.Precision forming parts is in on fine-blanking machines, through the indenter plate, thepunch and the counter force applied to produce a hydraulic stress state, so as to improve theperformance of the material plastic flow deformation, which would be beneficial to partforming. In a metal forming process, various process parameters on forming performancehave different effects, if only debugging parameters with experience and theory, which cancause the production cost increase, cycle lengthened, and the finite element method this3dparts forming process simulation can quantitatively give all parameters on the influence ofthe forming process, and the process parameters can be optimized.This paper takes nut sheet as the research object for the research of3d parts of theprecise forming. After the analysis and discussion of the mid-thick nut sheet forming processschemes, this paper uses ABAQUS software finite element simulation to research the keyproblem of metal plastic forming, and establishes the nut sheet3d parts of precise forming finite element entity model with the deformation area local grid refinement, and the ALEadaptive technology has been used to control material large deformation. In this paper weuse Johnson-cook model in ABAQUS to describe the material constitutive relationship andmetal material damage and fracture. Through the finite element simulation, this paperanalyzes the forming process of the stress and strain field distribution and hydraulic pressurestress distribution and metal material law of plastic flow, the process parameters on theforming process and the influence of the forming quality, optimizing the process parameters,for this kind of product design and manufacturing to provide the reference.
