Traditional Chinese medicine is the gem of Chinese nation. Owing tounique effect, low toxicitiy and rich resources,it has been paid moreand more attention by people. Chinese medicine Dujiao Gao,due to thecomposition of the medicinal material in growth and preparing process aremetal pollution, and there are many kinds of inorganic metal elements andeffective components like the flavonoids. The study of trace elements inrecent ten years has penetrated into various fields; The medical workersin Chinese medicine study of trace elements,do a lot of work, and haveobtained many achievements; But the heavy metal pollution affecting thequality of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine andthe finished product restricted go out of the country, which must be highlyvalued;Effective component in the Chinese medicine Dujiao Gao play a greatrole in its cure effect. In this paper,we have determined the contentof heavy metals, trace elements and flavonoids in Dujiao Gao from threeaspects.1Through the ashing and microwave digestion method for comparison, bythe flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method, determining thecontent of traditional Chinese medicine Dujiao Gao of seven kinds of traceelements in manganese, copper, iron, zinc, potassium, calcium and magnesiumThis experiment by ashing and microwave digestion method is compared, with the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for thedetermination of traditional Chinese medicine Dujiao Gao of seven kindsof trace elements in manganese, copper, iron, zinc, potassium, calciumand magnesium content. The optimization of ashing conditions such asashing time, ashing temperature and nitric acid dosage. Optimizing theconditions of microwave digestion, choose the best digestion system.Optimizing the use of the ashing and microwave digestion methodcomparison, with the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric methodfor the determination of traditional Chinese medicine Dujiao Gao of sevenkinds of trace elements in manganese, copper, iron, zinc, potassium, calcium and magnesium content, the linear correlation coefficient r ofthe method is greater than0.995. The standard addition recovery rate ofthe ashing method in the range between96.0%and104.5%,RSD is less than3.5%;The standard addition recovery rate of the microwave digestionmethod in the range between97%and103.2%, RSD is less than2.5%.Toillustrate that microwave digestion than ashing method is better in theaccuracy and precision, and the determining result of microwave digestionmethod is higher than the ashing method.2Microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry method fordetermining the content of heavy metals in the traditional Chinesemedicine Dujiao Gao for lead and cadmiumThe law of microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometrymethod for determining the content of heavy metals in the traditionalChinese medicine Dujiao Gao for lead and cadmium. Optimizing theconditions of microwave digestion, choose the best digestion system. Inthe optimized conditions of digestion microwave, flame atomic absorptionspectrophotometric method for determining the content of heavy metals intraditional Chinese medicine Dujiao Gao for lead and cadmium. The standardaddition recovery rate in the range between98.2%and100.4%,RSD less than2.0%. Illustrating that accuracy and precision of the method are quitegood. Among heavy metals of Dujiao Gao in samples lead content in severelyexceed the standard.3Ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids in traditional Chinese medicineDujiao Gao,rutin as standard product,by ultraviolet-visiblespectrophotometry in510nm determining flavonoids content in traditionalChinese medicine sampleThis experiment by ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids in traditionalChinese medicine Dujiao Gao,rutin as standard product,by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry in510nm determining flavonoids content intraditional Chinese medicine sample. Through the petroleum ether off fatsoluble components. Under the optimized conditions,using95%ethanolextraction of flavonoids in traditional Chinese medicine Dujiao Gao,rutin as standard product,in order to flavonoids and aluminum nitratenitrite and alkaline conditions of color,with95%ethanol as thereference,by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry in510nm determiningflavonoids content in traditional Chinese medicine sample. The method issimple and rapid.
