| Waste printed circuit board (WPCB) was now a large amount, but high recycling utilization rate of the municipal solid waste. The recycle of fully compositional(metals, inorganic glass fiber and organic polymer compound) of WPCB was a current of research at home and abroad, and the purification and utilize of organic polymer compound was key technology problem from WPCB.In this research, a new process of "Vacuum pyrolysis+Atmospheric distillation+Catalytic synthesis" for the combined recovery of organic polymer compound (which abbreviate "pyrolysis oil") from WPCB was investigated. Focus on the optimum conditions of using the light fraction of pyrolysis oil to synthesized thermosetting phenolic resin, and the thermosetting phenolic resin composition and structure, curing properties and mechanical properties were analyzed.Firstly, pyrolyzing WPCB under vacuum in a self-made batch pilot-scale fixed bed reactor, and prepared the pyrolysis oils. The test results showed that the WPCB can produce more than13%pyrolysis oils after vacuum pyrolysis.Secondly, according to the different boiling points of each composition, the pyrolysis oil were distilled by using atmospheric distillation technology and the composition of distilled oil was analysed by gas chromatography(GC-MS). It has been found that it was5kinds of liquid fractions and1kind of solid asphalt quality after the test.5kinds of liquid fractions was respectively fraction1(<120℃)ã€fraction2(120℃-180℃)ã€fraction3(180℃-240℃)ã€fraction4(240-300℃) and fraction5(300-360℃). After analysis the fractions by GC-MS, the result showed:each fractions of pyrolysis oil were all including phenol, p-isopropyl phenol, methyl-phenol, the bromine compound in pyrolysis oils include: bromo-phenol,2-bromo-phenol,et al. The fraction2, fraction3, fraction4, fraction5were mixed and the compound(which abbreviate "light fraction",120-360℃) used as raw material to synthesized thermosetting phenolic resin. These products can be recycling as chemical raw material.After that, according to the result of the orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions of the synthesis process which using the light fraction of distilled pyrolysis oil instead of pure phenol were determined:38.5g of vacuum pyrolysis oil,40g of formaldehyde,10g of the catalyst, the reaction temperature was60℃for3h,and then ramp to95℃for3h.At last, the composition, structure, curing properties and mechanical properties of the composition of synthesis was analyzed by suitable methods such as fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetry(TG-DTG) and tensile strength test. The results was shown that the characteristic absorption peak of curve is CH2,CHOH, et al, Which is correspond to that of synthesised by using phenol as raw material; the curve reveals that the product begins to solidify and decompose at464.2℃,and the remaining quality is64.71d%at last,which explain that the product of synthesized has the very good heat resistance; the tensile strength of synthesized phenolic resin by using phenol is42Mpa, the tensile modulus is9Gpa, but the tensile strength of synthesized phenolic resin by using pyrolysis oil is39.6Mpa and its tensile modulus is8.8Gpa.It can be seen that the composition, structure, curing properties and mechanical properties of thermosetting phenolic resin which synthesized using light fraction of pyrolysis oil as raw material in accordance with thermosetting phenolic resin which using pure phenol as raw material.It can be provided the evidence by using light fraction of pyrolysis oil as raw material synthesized thermosetting phenolic resin and then realize the pyrolysis of recycle of oil from the result of this research. |
