| According to the final product, phosphate resources processing technology is divided into two categories of phosphate, as well as phosphate&compound fertilizer. Each category has various products, so both the emission and management methods of pollutants are different. With yellow phosphorus or phosphoric acid as raw materials,secondary processing products discharge small amount of pollutants,and the concentration of these pollutants is low, thus affect environment slightly.With phosphorite as raw materials, primary processing products discharge large amount of pollutants, and the concentration of these pollutants is high,thus affect environment influentially.Nineteen representative phosphorus chemical processes, such as wet-process phosphoric acid (Dihydrate process), thermal phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate, superphosphate and a variety of fine phosphates,are selected to construct environmental assessment model.Environmental assessment evaluates the situation of environmental quality, explains and describes environmental quality quantitatively or qualitatively, according to certain standards and methods.It includes several procedures, such as determining environmental assessment factors and environment recognition, obtaining environmental information,selecting environmental evaluation criteria, establishing environmental assessment model and testing environmental assessment results.Environmental assessment factors of various processes were determined for phosphorus chemical industry, by means of analyzing large amount of phosphorus chemical industry information,environment-related laws,regulations and pollution status.Thereby, the degrees of pollution of different pollutants were determined, treatment measures of various pollutants were proposed.Finally, appropriate environmental assessment model was established,combining the characteristics of decision support systems and phosphorus chemical industry.Basing on the principle of scientificity, applicability, hommization and simplicity of operation, decision support systems theory was applied to environmental assessment, then the environmental assessment decision supporting system was structured for phosphorus chemical industry. The man-machine dialogue platform user-friendly was designed, the environmental assessment model of phosphorus chemical processes was established, offering complete and accurate decision support information of phosphorus chemical industry, and enhancing decision-making quality and efficiency. |
