This Master thesis is divided into three parts. First is MS" experiment section.Second is LC-MS experimental qualitative and quantitative analysis. Last is Zirconium(IV)-F"-methyl thymol blue method for the determination of fluorine inorganic compounds.With currently research status, this thesis study on the MS" law of Imidazole-oxazoline, Benzimidazole, Twophenyl imidazoline compounds. It provided reliable basis for qualitative and quantitative analysis for compound. Determined the result is:although the compounds have the same skeleton, because of the different substituent, space effect, induction effect, electronic effect, or other factors, the lose order is different.1,10-Phenanthroline and2,2’-bipyridyl amine commonly used in the multivariate complexes and synthesis of luminescent materials. This paper established the LC-MS technique, it can determine the content of1,10-Phenanthroline and2,2’-bipyridyl amine in the same sample accurately and effectively. For the analysis of real samples, it can improve the efficiency. And it is a great help for synthesis or application. In the first part of the experiment, discussed the chromatographic and mass spectrometric working condition for separation and analysis of effect, ultimately determine the best experimental condition.Last in the optimized condition, obtained reliable results.Zirconium (IV) with mrthyl thymol blue (MTB) formed in1:1of the two element complex in the medium of0.48-0.60mol-L-;hydrochloric acid, while fluoride solution and the complexes of fading reaction, it provides a new determination of trace fluorine in organic compounds by Spectrophotometry. At586nm, detect the change of absorbance. It is a good linear in0.16-2.0μg·ml-1the content of fluorine. The method has high sensitivity, good repeatability, certain selectivity, and less interference. It has been used for the determination of fluorine in organic compounds, analysis of the absolute error is less than21.6%.
