| Along with depletion of and the conventional energy and environmental issues are becoming increasingly serious, biomass are becoming the most promising renewable energy because it has many other advantages including abundance resources, easy storage and cleaning, The model of biomass gasification process was established based on ASPEN PLUS and its validation is proved in the paper, the influence on gasification results was analyzed for the biomass material, the impact parameter and the gasification agent; the main conclusions as follows:(1) Wood shavings had the best gasification performance by comparing the three kinds of materials, the gasification efficiency of Sawdust and cotton straw was up to the maximal value of75.6%and71.7%respectively when the equivalence ratio was0.25, and gasification efficiency of rice husk was up to74.7%when the equivalence ratio was0.3.(2) With the increase of the equivalence ratio, the temperature of the gasification agent and the amount of CaO, gasification efficiency are improved under three gasification agent, when the air is a gasification agent and the equivalence ratio is0.25, the heating value is the maximum value of5.2MJ/m3, and the gasification efficiency is reached at the maximum value of73.4%when the equivalence ratio is0.3; when oxygen is the gasification agent, the heating value is the maximum value of10.23MJ/m3when the equivalence ratio of is0.25, and the gasification efficiency is the maximum of79.8%, when the equivalence ratio is0.3, the air-steam is a gasification agent, when the ratio of steam and biomass is0.9, the gasification efficiency is maximum when the equivalence ratio is0.2. when the air is the gasification agent, the range of the optimum temperature of gasification agent is from300℃to500℃, when the oxygen and air-steam is the gasification agent; the heating value and gasification efficiency are increased with temperature of gasification agent increased; when the air is the gasification agent, the mass ratio range of CaO and biomass is from0.2to0.4; when oxygen is the gasification agent, the best ratio range of CaO and biomass quality is from0.1to0.3, when air-steam is the gasification agent, performance are improved when CaO and biomass quality increased.(3) When oxygen is gasifying agent, CO production and the heating value is the highest, and the rate of gas production is the lowest; when the air is the gasification agent, the gas calorific value and the gasification efficiency is the lowest, when air-steam is the gasification agent, CO production is the lowest, the production of H2and CH4and the rate of gas production and gasification efficiency is the highest. |
